"Overall, it was pretty good and offered excellent value for money. The second room I got on the second day was fantastic—great environment and spacious. GGuest UserWe just returned from an four nights incredible stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel. From the moment we arrived with our 5-year-old granddaughter, the service was top-notch-friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is located right across from the Antwerp Central Station offering maximum convenience. The family room was perfectly arranged and will absolutely be returning.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, but the cleaning is very poor. They come by every time at a time when you are often in the room and then do not clean anything. They also refill the coffee/sugar/creamer poorly and you have to ask for this every time if you stay longer.
It is best to park nearby, since it is quite expensive to park there. You can easily stop in front of the hotel to load and unload stuff.

JJ TripThe location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, our stay was affected by a few issues. The soundproofing of the room was poor; we were woken up around 6 a.m. by the clattering of dishes and cleaning noises from outside. It was difficult to rest properly.
Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, constantly flying around, which was very bothersome and affected the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these issues — otherwise, it’s a real pity given the great location.

GGuest UserSuper nice and trendy hotel located in one of Antwerp's most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods – Antwerp-South, right by a lovely park, parking garages, and amenities. With the tram right outside, you can be in the city center in just 10 minutes. The hotel itself is stylish and modern. Check-in is at the bar, where you immediately receive a delicious welcome cocktail. The hotel lounge is a chic bar with great music or a DJ, and a good menu for snacks, dinner, and drinks. The hotel rooms aren't huge, but they are modern, sleek, and functional, perfect for a weekend in Antwerp. The beds are comfortably firm, and the rooms are well-insulated. Definitely worth a visit!

CCindyTsangThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.

AAmachan.The room was large and very comfortable.
I was grateful that there was a bathtub.
It was a pity that the garbage had fallen on the floor, but there was nothing else to worry about.
Many of the staff were kind and saved in beautiful English that was easy to listen to.
There was a drink corner in the lobby and we enjoyed water and cafes.
There is also a simple shop in the hotel, and it is possible to buy something.

I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same.
Central located, check-in procedure was easy.
Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :)
Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon.
Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud.
Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.
