"Excellent hotel! We loved the room. New and modern. We stayed in a room with a king-size bed, which has a wall-to-wall window. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, well laid out, and featured a Dyson hairdryer. The hotel’s location is perfect. It’s practically next to the Bell Tower, almost right across from a metro station, and just a 5-minute walk from the Muslim Quarter and a mall. The breakfast is Chinese-style, but we really liked it. As for the staff, I have nothing but praise. They were extremely attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful — special mention to the staff member Xiao Wang, who was a true example of excellent service and went above and beyond to make us happy."

"overall it's a veeery beautiful place and the hotel design is also wonderful, everything has been thought out (additional options included in the price for guests are very nice) but the room cleaning service shouldn't look like this. I was only there for two nights so it wasn't a big problem, but after returning after a whole day of sightseeing I would like at least the bed to be made properly (and not left in the same condition as I did) the same with the rubbish... There was a dirty stain on the entrance to the room/bathroom from the very beginning and we left it hoping that the next day the service would do its job, but it seems to me that the floor is not cleaned at all (which seems strange when it is required to take off shoes... all socks are black). Breakfast for vegetarians is very poor and even an egg is placed between meat... :( + in other hotels the employees helped us with picking up the ordered food without any problems (it's hard to eat something without meat in China), but here it seems to me that it caused a problem (strange because it seems that the Chinese themselves order something all the time) and there was no menu from the ”restaurant” of this hotel as it is written in trip.com or it was not offered to me so in short I recommend it but the cleanliness should be improved and there should be some place to leave orders"

"A Fantastic Stay We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — relatively central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our family room was fantastic: two spacious bedrooms, two toilets, and a section with a fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room felt bright and inviting. One of the standout features was the free laundry facilities, complete with generous supplies of detergent — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even easier. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a small gift, which was a lovely gesture. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with limited English, they went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling impressed, comfortable, and very well looked after.All for an impressive price on trip.com"

"I am going straight to Xi'an from the Beilin. The location here is next to the Beilin. Open the window to see the roof of the Beilin New Hall. Going out and turning left is the city wall of the Academy Street. Turn right is an old alley. I have everything to eat in two steps. I want to go to the above attractions. It is not suitable to live here. The old banyan tree at the door is really very sensational. It is really not noisy at night. The boss said that he spent a lot of money to change the doors and windows. This is the boss’s own house and made a homestay. I live on the third floor. The whole decoration is very comfortable. The small courtyard on the first floor and the platform on the third floor have planted flowers and plants, tables and chairs, and the third floor platform is especially beautiful at night. It is when I come back at night to see the atmosphere so good that I suddenly want to drink. I can randomly unlock the package with the boss at night. The boss is very handsome and well-known. He is a very good person. He chats like an old friend. Kind and comfortable, E people are ecstatic, i people don't have to worry. In the morning, you can ask the boss to buy meat sandwiches. The boss is so good that I doubt whether I paid a few hundred yuan less for my room. The room was very clean, everything was complete, and the air conditioning was great. I couldn't sleep on a bed that was too soft. The bed was very comfortable and I slept until dawn. The sheets and quilts are particularly skin-friendly fabrics. The boss said that the four-piece suits are washed by themselves without outsourcing. Friends who come to travel can directly ask the boss to recommend nearby food and attractions, especially friends who come to Beilin to live here, and feel that they have to walk and go out for two steps to return to the homestay. "Check in took way too long and front desk staff seemed unsure about the process. Nonetheless, was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. Room was well kept and included multi plug sockets and bottled water. Shower area was well designed with a non-slip centre section and the bathtub was a nice addition. However, there was some leakage of water to the toilet section so some maintenance is needed there. Room could be improved with the inclusion of a simple card detailing the hotel’s facilities, operating hours and additional services that could be requested for, such as firmer pillows - which were actually available. Breakfast was not overly costly and spread was decent. Hotel has a decent length pool but that was rather crowded, and hot tub was not hot enough. Steam room and spa were also closed during the time there with no mention of when they would reopen. Hotel is well located with shopping malls and subway station under 10 minutes walk away."

"After searching for a long time online, I found this garden-style hotel. I originally booked Building 3, but the hotel upgraded me to Building 2 (Xi'an Luxury Mercure People's Building). The hotel was originally a guesthouse of the provincial government, hidden in the garden, with a calm architectural style and has gone through the years. The interior decoration is full of Chinese cultural heritage, simple, low-key and meaningful. The check-in environment is quiet and tidy, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The service is polite and makes people feel at home. Special praise for the three service staff Lu Feifei, Ren Huanting and Wang Yiming. Suggestions: 1. Add some local special snacks (mini version) to breakfast to increase the experience of tourists; 2. Set the breakfast to be flexible (that is, you can book it after staying, or cancel a meal temporarily), so that guests can go out to experience Xi'an's folk morning market."

"Our stay at the Mehood Elegant Hotel (Yanzhi Hotel) Xi’an Bell Tower Yongingmen was spectacular! Such a lovely room and a very clean, organized and well run hotel! The rooftop view is incredible at night and the afternoon noodles are a nice treat after a long day of exploring! Tips for getting there: Be sure to input the Mandarin address into navigation apps such as AMAP or DiDi! We had trouble initially finding the correct location upon arrival since there are a few nearby Mehood hotel locations. Once you’re there, the place is a dream and I would highly recommend!! Right by the City Wall and lots to explore/see/eat nearby"

"Great location along a street full of local delights. Roomkeeping was attentive. Service, however, was the star of the show - and a special shout out to Jianguo Son from the concierge (apologies if I got your name wrong), who was very patient and enthusiastic in answering all our questions on the attractions, how to get there, what to do, what to eat etc. He also managed to secure us some last-minute tickets to 长恨歌, which was sold out on the platforms that I checked. Thanks again to Jianguo for making our visit to Xi'an very memorable, and I will not hesitate to stay again at Hilton Xi'an in the future. "

"One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on."

"A very considerate stay experience ~ I sprained my ankle, the hotel provided a wheelchair and arranged an accessible room. When I got back to the hotel after get off work and went downstairs for breakfast, I had to trouble the service staff to help push the wheelchair. The overall attitude was very good, and the breakfast was very delicious with many varieties ~"
