"Superb Hotel – The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. At check-in, they upgraded our room for free, and also provided late checkout. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast buffet at Kitchen6 had plenty of variety, though honestly, I didn’t find the overall taste of dishes to be anything special compared to other buffet places. The fitness center is not very big but is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was crowded but visually pleasing. The nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk away. They also provide a free bus service to and from Dubai Mall which runs every hour. Cabs are freely available outside too."

"Overall, a good experience for a layover in Dubai. The hotel is decent and affordable, with a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. There were a few small issues: the staff promised a toothbrush but didn’t provide it, and there were no clear instructions on how to get the shuttle, which made it hard to find. Also, the blanket had a small spot on it. Despite these minor inconveniences, it’s a solid choice for a short stay."

"Very good for business travel. The Hotel is not new, but according to this price and additional discount it is ok. They have a small pool on a rooftop. Also this hotel very closely located to 2 awesome beaches - La Mer and Nikki Beach Club. They provided a free bus service to La Mer and to Dubai Mall twice per day one way. But, you can easily go by foot (about 30 min) or by taxi (15-20 AED) to both beaches. Only one thing - they have a disco every night and even I asked a room so far from this disco, it was annoying till 3 at night. The Hotel should take it on their mind and decrease the quantity of parties during working week. Thanks a lot."

"The location is bad. The hotel is located on higher floor and it makes it hard for contacting drivers especially when the lobby is on 5 to 6/F floor. However, the staff are super friendly and helpful. If you are a budget traveller or you rent a car, it is a good choice."

"Loved my stay — perfect mix of style, location & local vibes! You have such a cool design!! Everything from the creative quotes on the ceiling to the layout of the room feels thoughtful and fresh. My room was clean, spacious, and had a really inspiring vibe🥰 The location is absolutely amazing — finally explored Old Dubai (only 5 minutes away!) and fell in love with the charm of Al Seef. The canal right next to the hotel makes evening walks feel calm, breezy, and so enjoyable. The gym was a big highlight for me — spacious, modern, and with a stunning view over the water. There are great restaurants downstairs and on the rooftop, and even a supermarket right across the street — super convenient! Honestly, I’m really happy with my stay — would love to come back!"
