Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of shopping centers and have drinks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baoding!

This time I stayed at the Vienna Hotel because of the child's exam. I told the front desk and quickly arranged a quiet room for me. Because I came earlier, the front desk said that there are not many rooms now. I chose one and let the room sister clean it. I also took hot water. Checked in less than five minutes, very efficient, the front desk also kept up with the heart, the room was comfortable and clean, the facilities were complete, the hotel was the first choice next time

The location and room types are also good. There is Baodingyan to the north and Wanda to the south. There is a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. The room has two bathrooms and is a suite. The only thing that does not match the five stars is the breakfast. You can experience it yourself. Generally speaking, the only thing I am satisfied with this time in Baoding is this hotel, especially the staff in the lobby. The service is really good!

There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient. The lobby is simple and atmospheric, with a reasonable layout. There is light music, which is very nice. The breakfast is delicious. I like to eat it. It's great. The tea and snacks at the front desk are very good. The front desk is efficient, thoughtful, and professional. The room has good lighting, bright, quiet, and clean. The mattress is very comfortable, the water is fast, the water temperature is good, the Internet speed is fast, the office is convenient, and the room is tidy. I strongly recommend it

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

The room facilities are good, the check-in experience is very good, the environmental sanitation is very good, the service staff are very professional, and they are all in place. There are many kinds of snacks and thoughtful little things at the front desk, such as disposable toilet mats, dental floss, glasses cloths, earplugs, laundry detergent, wet wipes, warm baby rubber bands. They are super thoughtful. They greet you every time you enter the door. The attitude is super good. Tea, coffee and sour plum soup are prepared in the rest area, and there is also an ice machine. Every time I go out and come back, I drink a cup of sour plum soup with ice. It's so refreshing. My dad is also very satisfied with this hotel.
