Room was really nice. Very friendly staff. The room was in a beautiful and very clean house. They also helped me arrange to book a tour to Mount Ijen. I liked that they served me coffee when I checked in and also after coming back fron my Mount Inen tour. Highly recommended.

I recommend this stay..!!!! Environment & neighbourhood is cozy. Love the tropical forest decoration Staffs were extremely polite & friendly. They did sent us to the gate and wave us a warm goodbye. 🥰 Another part of improvement for the stay is to provide a small sink inside the private toilet. Definitely will come over again

This place is recommended!!!! If you guys looking for a hostel nearby mount Kawah ijen ....just 1 hour away ... Nice place clean and affordable 👌 really enjoyed staying here ... All the Staffs are supper nice and helpful ...

The staff is very polite & greets with a smile, the bedroom, bathroom, bed & kitchen (sharing) are very clean. There are free refills of tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water & ice cubes. The atmosphere feels very homey, beautiful & calm so it is suitable for resting. My suggestion, please consider providing toothbrush & toothpaste.

I booked a single room for myself, and the bathroom is not independent. The public space outside is very clean. Most of the people go to climb ijen. After booking at 2 o'clock in the evening, the hotel will send relevant information about renting motorcycles. I will also share it. Now in the evening There is a bus going up the mountain at 23:00

We loved our experience at Snooze hostel Ijen! The place is very beautiful, lots of plants and the common areas are very well laid out both inside and outside. There are not too many people so it is really a quiet place. The staff is attentive and very available to answer all our questions. We appreciated their advice for organizing our expedition to Kawah Ijen as well as the restaurant recommendations. We had a great stay in Banyuwangi! We recommend this accommodation without hesitation 😄

The service staff is very good and speaks excellent English. It is the warmest hotel I have stayed in during my five-day trip to Indonesia. It is better than the big hotel in the center of Surabaya. Thank you for your warmth, enthusiasm and love.
