Hotels near Thaniya Plaza, Bangkok

My stay in Nishitetsu Hotel was very satisfying. The room was very clean. You can connect to NETFLIX on the television. There was a bathtub in the room where we could enjoy a warm bath. The breakfast was delicious. There were Western style food and Japanese style food to choose from. The waiters and waitresses were very nice and helpful. They helped us order freshly made egg dishes and noodles. One day we had a trip to Hua Hin in the early morning. And the hotel staff had helped us prepare for a breakfast box, so we could take away our breakfast on that day. The staff also helped us book a taxi beforehand, so we could start our journey on time in the early morning. The hotel is near BTS Sala Daeng Station and MRT Si Lom Station. It is very convenient in terms of transportation. Overall, this is the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok so far.

You get what you pay for really with this hotel, it’s not great but it will do… it’s located close to Silom Soi 4 so that’s nice and there’s a lot of restaurants and stuff around. And there’s a nice smoothie place close by too

Go to Silom's Chinese contacts! Everyone, please give me money for this youth hostel. China Address Book does not cheat China Address Book! The most cost-effective bed room in the center of Bangkok, far better than mybed and BRB Youth Hostel. It is backed by Silom Soi 4, ”adjacent” to GREEN, prime massage, and bordered by BTS and MRT transportation. The guy at the front desk is very handsome, and the staff can speak Chinese, so communication is stress-free. I chatted with the boss and learned that it was newly opened, so the sheets, bedspreads and decorations are all new. The bed looked especially clean, and they even provided a white bath towel. The few days we stayed there happened to be weekends, and the hotel was fully booked every day. Some pleasant stories happened there 🤪. It was very rewarding, and I will come again next time.

Check in n out was fast. Room is big, aircon, heater working well n have microwave for the suite. Location is superb. Very bad thing is the construction beside hotel. Too noisy. Not suitable for those who club till late and want to sleep till late. Will definitely stay again after the construction is completed

During my recent trip to Bangkok, I had the pleasure of staying at ibis Styles Bangkok Silom, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a vibrant, modern atmosphere that set the tone for a fun and comfortable stay. The design of the hotel is bright and welcoming, with colorful touches throughout that gave it a unique charm. The room was cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the fast Wi-Fi and complimentary bottled water, added extra convenience. The room’s decor was stylish and functional, with a good mix of space for both relaxation and work. The hotel’s location was perfect for my exploration of Bangkok, being right in the heart of the Silom district. It was easy to access nearby attractions, markets, and restaurants, and public transport options like the BTS Skytrain were just a short walk away, making getting around the city very convenient. The staff at ibis Styles Bangkok Silom were very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining spots and assisting with any questions I had during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of both Thai and international options to start the day. Overall, I would highly recommend ibis Styles Bangkok Silom for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great balance of comfort, style, and affordability, with an ideal location and fantastic service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

Request large bed during booking , but failed to provide. Hair dryer limited stock , need to request from front desk and sharing around with another rooms guest as well

Overall the hotel is in a good location away from the busy streets and the breakfast is good. Pool is weird location being in the middle of the lobby, breakfast and gym area. The rooms themselves are good HOWEVER, the hotel seems to have zero soundproofing, we could hear the room 5 doors up very clearly and they were only talking. Anyone walking past you can hear them so loudly. So this reason we don’t stay at this hotel again because the point is to be able to sleep and this we could not with ear plugs.

Nantra Silom is budget-friendly and just a 5-minute walk from Saladaeng BTS and Silom MRT stations. Rooms are cozy with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. Great for convenience! Can check out my trip moments post for more details

Hotel is very different from pre covid. They appear to be economizing and expecting you to pay more for less. The most disappointing aspect for me was the food. Breakfast was basic and that’s all I can say. Many items missing from previous menu/ stay. The restaurant is also serving smaller portions and charging more. Room service menu offers little in variation. The staff continue to be hospitable and friendly although the check in person was not so professional. I no longer enjoy staying at the hotel and will not return. There are better options out there offering more.

Clean room , basic facilities, have Netflix in room just TV a bit too small, all others is good enough , nice price and I will come again. Recommended 👏🏻👏🏻
