Hotel access is not safe and convenient. You have to drop off or park at Wat Dusit and walk 200m to the Hotel. If not, you need to go by Grab Bike or private speed boat or jet ski. It made me feel unsafe for lady arriving at late evening or night time. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful but it seemed no choice about BF as it's difficult to go outside for it. I didn't see the room but common area looked nice, clean, and homey with pier view. The cat was very friendly. BTW, thank you the Hotel to propose for fully refund because of our inconvenience to stay. We'd like to recommend the Hotel to be interested in lots of negative comments, deal with any pier, and arrange boat service for their guests which would create great experience and avoid word of mouth about bad perception.

Have to walk 7 min dark road to the hotel is very inconvenient. Breakfast is quite good. Their service staff quite friendly. They should find a solution for the entrance to the hotel.

The room we booked was the Riverfront Suite Canal View, which overlooks the Bangkok Noi Canal. The price was 5,282 baht per night on Saturday-Sunday. We got room 2144. We chose to come here to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was nice. Please prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste set because this place doesn't provide any. As for girls, you don't need to prepare a hair dryer because Lesasha's hair dryer is very strong. It dries quickly. Pros - As for the bathroom, we like every accommodation that has two sinks. When brushing your teeth in the morning, you can brush at the same time without being crowded. - We want to see the river view. You can see the view as you wish. In the evening, the sunset is very romantic. - The accommodation is beautifully decorated as in the review pictures. What the picture looks like is what it is in real life. - The air conditioning in the room is not cool. When we went down to inform the staff, the staff immediately came up to fix it. They said that the reason the air conditioning was not cool was because the maid adjusted it. They fixed it by resetting the air conditioning system. When we went up, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable. The staff were lovely and willing to serve everyone. Cons - We didn't choose to buy breakfast. We had to pay extra including breakfast and the room fee, almost 6,000. I think this price would be great if breakfast was included. - The internet in the room doesn't cover the bathroom near the bathtub. -Not cleaned very well. The wooden rail in front of the bathtub has cobwebs and under the sink there are cobwebs + on the floor there is a bottle of soap used by the previous guest. Normally, the accommodation provides 2 shampoos and 2 soaps. In the picture, you can see that we collected soap from previous guests as 3 soaps and 2 shampoos. -The bathtub is leaking. As we sit and soak, the water level will decrease until it is empty. We have to keep refilling it. We tried 3 times and the water level decreased 3 times. -The room is not soundproof. You can hear everything from the long-tail boats, tour announcements, and music playing from the restaurant downstairs.

Overall, it's okay, but there's one thing that's bad: the cleanliness of the bathroom (which is important). On the day of check-in, it seemed like they were renovating the bathroom but didn't check it before guests checked in, so there was water in the toilet bowl like it wasn't finished. And in the bathroom, the curtain was very old at the end. There was a yellow stain that didn't look good. There was mold. The bathroom grout was black and moldy. I understand that it's old, but old should be clean and nice to use. I booked a studio room. The price wasn't expensive, but if I booked a more expensive room, I think I'd regret spending the money because the standard of cleanliness in the bathroom wasn't okay.

This hotel has consistently been a pleasant surprise. We were staying on a more central and accessible street. Normally there is a lot of availability but due to songkran we had to look for something quickly and there was only this option within an acceptable distance to be able to continue exploring the city. I didn't investigate anything, I just booked. At first we were surprised by the neighborhood in which it is located since there is not even a street that leads here, only narrow corridors and humble houses. Suddenly a beautiful, clean and pleasant place appears before us. Although it lacks a pool or viewpoints, they are not missed, the bar only has 6 tables and a small common area, more than enough! We loved it and saved it for next time. The best bed and pillows to date in Thailand hotels that I have tried.

It is more convenient to go by boat than by car.

The room is clean and fully equipped. However, the living environment was very noisy, not only from the rooms on the left and right, but also from the upper and lower floors of the room, all day and night, making it impossible to sleep. I felt a tremor in my head in the room, which made me dizzy, and I felt like there was a high-power machine working next door.

The atmosphere is very good.

1. Unclean Bathroom Upon entering the bathroom, I found a used shower gel bottle left on the floor, making the floor sticky. This raised serious concerns about whether the bathroom had been cleaned prior to my arrival. Such oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your housekeeping standards. 2.Cobwebs in the Room I discovered not one but two spots with cobwebs inside the room. This further deepened my concern about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards your hotel offers. 3.Room Temperature Issues The room was unbearably hot when I checked in. Despite trying to adjust the temperature myself, I was unable to resolve the issue and had to contact the reception staff for assistance. I was told it was the maid’s fault for misadjusting the system. While the staff resolved the issue by reconfiguring the air conditioning, I question why the room temperature was not properly set and checked before my arrival. 4.Bathtub Malfunction One of the main reasons I chose the Riverfront Suite Canal Type room was to enjoy the bathtub while taking in the Bangkoknoi view. Unfortunately, the bathtub was defective, with water constantly leaking, requiring me to refill it multiple times. This inconvenience ruined the relaxing experience I had anticipated. 5.Unacknowledged Birthday Request I had made a special request for my partner’s birthday celebration during the booking process, which was confirmed via email. However, this request was completely overlooked during our stay. This lack of attention to detail was extremely disappointing and made me feel undervalued as a guest.

This property is so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are very well appointed. The staff greeted me as I was walking to the entrance and helped me with my bags. There are live tortoises in the lobby. I ate twice at the hotel restaurant, IMM, and was very impressed by the freshness of the meals and the care of preparation. I highly recommend CHANN Bangkok-Noi.
