Booked 3 nights, paid upfront, stayed 3 hours - the room was not as advertised nor did it bear any resemblance to the photos. Dangerous wooden lattice to the outside 'balcony' that if leaned upon would easily give way. Very disappointed overall, checked out after 3 hours and the staff member did not ask why, just shrugged and accepted it.

Lost my phone on the first night of the trip. Receptionists for both morning and night shift were extremely helpful during the process of retriever. The receptionist on the morning shift helped to call twice every hour till she ended work. While the receptionist on the night shift helped to contact a petrol kiosk within the vicinity of my phone's gps location to seek help from a local to retrieve the phone. Extremely satisfied with the service provided!

The door is hard to find. The hotel is located in the city center. The road is full. Turn left when you go out and you will find the BTS NANA station. It is convenient and fast. The water flow in the bathroom is a bit small. There is no hair dryer or anything like that. The TV can only watch cable TV.

The room is shabby. It is totally different from what is described in the pictures. The air conditioner has no reverse air plate. The bedside table is broken and dirty. The bathroom stinks. The price does not match the room at all. How can such a hotel accommodate people? I am completely drunk. If the Ctrip staff had not been a little more polite, people would not even want to stay in such a room.

The water supply was cut off at around 7 o'clock and lasted until about 11 o'clock at night. The water became muddy and was still muddy the next morning. I have stayed in dozens of hotels and have never encountered such a situation!

The bathroom doesn't run and won't go down, and if you try to go there because of the construction noise, you can't even check out early. I got it because it's in front of BTs in Sanmairo, but the worst. This place has absolutely no advantages except for the kindness of the staff. If there's no ventilation, you shouldn't sell it as a smoking room. The facilities were quite old, but the staff were very friendly. It was worth staying for a day.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in so many times in Thailand. The only advantage is that it is close to Nana Plaza. The street outside is very noisy, and the roar of various amplifiers and songthaews can be heard until four in the morning. There is basically no sound insulation in the room, and you can clearly hear the sound of the Indian next door using TikTok. The bathroom has a bathtub with questionable hygiene conditions, and you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The door can be opened directly from the outside after it is closed, and it must be locked when you go out (no one told me about this when I checked in, which is equivalent to my door being opened for a day and anyone can enter). There is suspected ****, and the hangers in the closet fell down inexplicably when they were hanging. The clothes that were hung to dry fell on the awning downstairs. I wanted to borrow an umbrella from the hotel to hook it up, but they shouted at me to put it down as if they had stepped on the tail of the front desk. When I asked why I couldn’t borrow it, they said it could only be lent to customers who were going out (so I’m not a customer, right?). I can only say that this broken hotel is for your mood, so don’t stay if you can.
