A nice room! It is spacious and the bed is great for the price. The downside is that I didn't get the king bed that I asked for (Got 2 single beds smooched together), but it's ok since I was staying there by myself. The view on the lower floor wasn't that great. But the overall experience was great!

good location friendly staff , housekeeping are very effience.alway chean the room very fast while the guest out, very good size of swimming pool，just the hot shower not stable

The staff were helpful. The first room that we were given were so noisy from the Aircon compressor and requested a change of room which they attended to immediately. The new room was quieter. Thanks

Overall is ok, only it old a bit, water pressure not enough strong . Hot water head to adjust . Worker is friendly . Room is clean. Location convenient,near Lrt,go down got morning market. Easy to get local food

Albeit there's plenty of selections in BKK, Trinity is always the favorite choice in terms of services, location, and the great swimming pool comparative to similar range.

First time to stay at this hotel, happy with it even though aircon spoiled after 1st night that hotel staff manage to shift room right away. Will stay again.

It’s close to BTS station Room is spacious but quite old Super like the swimming pool n gym in opposite building , that’s the reason I book this hotel

The hotel is very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, always helpful. The pool is located in the neighboring building, large and with a good view.

Overall, everything is okay  just need to upgrade a little bit  I love the location  excellent facility

-Location is good. Hotel rate quite reasonable. -Request an iron board and didnt send to us for the first day. Second day request again and they send to my room immediately. - Last day of stay, move my thing to friend place.First round of moving 2 luggage and 2 hand carry. After that second round moving to take my remaining thing the door not able to open and the timing is around 10.30 am. The hotel check out time Is 12 noon. - request a scissor from the reception, most of the hotel will send staff to send to the hotel room. I call the reception and drop the call after she said ok. The reception call back and said you need to come down to receptionist counter to get your self. This is what i have experience.

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff was polite and location was great - not too near the noisy areas. Some ants on the table in the room but not something you cannot deal with.

Price was good and amenities were very basic.  Toothbrush should be available.  Some amenities were missing at check in and had to be requested via front office.

The swimming can be renovate to have a better place to relax and chill.

Have been stayed here for several. Room is clean and big. Staffs are very friendly. Sure will stay here again.
