Convenient stay. Cosy and away from main traffic noise. Building lobby has a dedicated grab food drop off counter which is perfect for ordering food!

The staff was incredibly friendly. They walked me all the way to my room (separate building). The restaurant on the premises even offered to deliver the food I ordered to my room. I would have liked to stay at this hotel for the duration of my Bangkok trip!

My second time in Bangkok, my second time at Somerset Ekamai. Lovely place, close to many facilities and friendly staff. Picture attached is the view from the C-block, 8th floor.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the washing machine and detergent provided. Having a 7-Eleven nearby and a shuttle service available made my stay even more convenient.

Stayed twice on the same trip here. It’s just an OK stay. Front desk staff not very friendly (other staff ate great). Cleanliness of the room is good. The location is not that suitable (due to a big ring road or so according to a local) if you use Grab a lot. Stayed in Block C - wifi was weak. Breakfast is just OK.

Location was decent at a small soi. 1 hr interval shuttle service to mrt or 10 mins walk to sky train. Room is spacious for less than 2400 thb daily.

Somerset Ekamai Bangkok – A Stylish Retreat Just Outside the Hustle Pros: - Modern, spacious room with full kitchen – perfect for longer stays - Fantastic location in trendy Ekamai – great cafes, restaurants & BTS access - 5-star service – staff go above and beyond - Beautiful pool area & excellent facilities Cons: A bit far from the city center. Considering Bangkok traffic, need to allot enough time for travel. Ideal for Travelers who want upscale comfort in a local neighborhood rather than a tourist hub. The quality makes the slightly remote location worthwhile!

We booked 2 rooms during the CNY, overall the service was excellent. Even though the building is old, it is still organised and well-kept. The room has all the amenities you’ll need. Microwave & laundry machine was very useful during our stay. Balcony view was relaxing and peaceful from the hustling & bustling main street. Complimentary tuk tuk service from hotel to BTS and other go-to spots nearby Ekkamai & Thonglor was a great experience! If walking is an option, nearest 7-eleven is just 5 minutes away. Lastly, all the staff (front desk, Bellman, housekeeping) are professional, friendly and helpful. Always greeting us with a smile! We felt very welcome and enjoyable during our 4 nights stay.

Clean room and friendly front desk and doormen. However, the hotel is located within a soi far from the main road.

Room is nice and cozy, but so cozy you can really hear your neighbors. Initially thought I was getting a double bed but realized later it was just a single size bed, which is a bit odd. Guess the hotel does this to save on space since most other hotels don’t have a single single bed option (usually it’s two single beds or a double). Great location and convenient. I would say good value for the money, just wish the bed would be bigger.

Very pleased with our stay, quiet location yet half hourly shuttle to BTS, layout of the rooms are very functional yet very comfy. Staff are professionally trained.PS try the foot massage next to the pool. Love it
