The quality is satisfactory. It is worth the price. The staff are very polite.

Good place to rent. Very clean and so near to attractions. Also nearby to 7eleven. Just a walking distance. Staffs were good and all amenities were excellent.

Good location saves prices

The hotel was great! The room was nice and clean. There are plenty of restaurants and street foods in the main road not far from the hotel just around 2 mins by foot. This was my second time staying at this lovely hotel. All good! And even better if the staffs were friendly enough to show more of their service-minded attitude towards guests.

Pretty cool little hotel, but fairly far from the city center and the busy streets. It's a great hotel for relaxing and feeling a more authentic Bangkok though, and it's very close to the water bus to access the tourist sights further south. Breakfast was very plain, but fresh. Scrambled eggs were good, everything else was kinda more average to boring though. For the price it's a good choice, especially if you want to be away from the party areas but keep in mind grab is your friend here.

Uma residences is one top to reccomend I love their Lounge and garden pool We enjoyed the rooms as we all have private time even In connected rooms ...absolute feeling of holiday relaxation :)

Limted parking space, we paid our own parking lot outside. We have children. We arrived late, then the parking lot was not given priority since we have kids sleeping..The food was limited and no other options. Good thing was the staff were accomodated. I would suggest that if you have car, this is not a good hotel for you, unless, you will come early.

Great value for money. Neighbourhood is local Thai, not many foreigners

The room was a little small but we made do. The restroom was a little small too and requires a little maneuvering around. Other than that, the hotel was decent value for money and the ice cream at the lobby was good too.

I really enjoyed our stay there, not very often dose a place exceed expectations but this one definitely has! Room size, super clean, great little chilling areas by pool etc, very happy and will definitely be back again!

Best two days, room is excellent , staff assist you on the spot. Good place for street food, within the area of the palace, the pool is so good the style is so cozy. There are free biscuits , coffee , water and also the place is near and clean

Hotel staff is great, friendly people like most Thai people are! Hotel itself isn’t that good. It’s pretty cheap so expect that you get what you pay for. The balcony doors are locked, the rooms gets hot and humid and the only source for fresh air is the LOUD air conditioning! The mattress is real small, and really light and a source for upcoming back problems. I would recommend this hotel to backpackers, or people on a low budget.
