Aman Nai Lert I’ve been waiting for this place to open for a long time. I had plan to come since day one, but already booked a trip to Europe when the opening date was announced. Still, I was determined that as soon as I got back to Thailand, I’d come straight here. On the day I returned, the captain must’ve really been speeding — the plane landed an hour early. I texted Khun Mick as soon as I found out the landing time (thanks to Qatar’s super fast Wi-Fi) to let him know the plane would land at 05:20. Staff waited for me right at the gate as soon as I arrived. I had a very comfortable ride in the limo (nee BMW) — no traffic at all. I got to the hotel really early, but surprisingly Khun Ted @travel.tucker was already there to greet me(very early morning 🙏) . Thank you so much for the warm welcome. Right away I saw familiar faces from the team, which made me feel even more relaxed after such a long journey — Khun Mick @mickdig , Khun Susie @supansachan , and Khun Mink @minkki_lina Khun Shawn @tk_shawn The hotel and the room are truly beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The concept I’d heard of — to make it spacious and relaxing — was clearly demonstrated. Breakfast and lunch at Arva were excellent. The crab omelet, grilled pork skewers, five-spice stew, and roti were all fantastic. Afternoon tea was delicious too. I especially loved the apple parfait — it was so well made that I wish we had parfait shops like the ones in Japan. For dinner, I had teppanyaki at Hiori and relaxed in the lounge, which both of them are exclusive to hotel guests — it was wonderful. The teppanyaki was great, and Khun Sora, the F&B Director, was incredibly kind. She came by to check in on every restaurant I visited, asking how everything was. I told Khun Ted how I’m happy for him that he had such a great team. And Congratulations khun Lek @lek_nai_lert . We can already tell from this beginning that everything is going to be the best 👍🏻 Thank you to all the enthusiastic staffs who made this stay absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back again.
