I would say its like a guesthouse more than a hotel. The room is worn down, The shower is not comfortable, weak water pressure and slow heating.

The hotel staff are helpful, and very nice! I had the urgency to use the computer the other day, they tried to set up the computer on 2/F, however not successful, they let me use the computer at the front desk! Very impressed with their help! And the lady at the hotel restaurant always wears the best smile. For those who is sensitive to sound, advise you to bring earplugs with you, as there is a construction site next to the hotel, they work so early like 6:30am ish, though they do not make very noisy sound, I am up and not able to sleep again.

The hotel facilities are new and clean. Service is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gym equipment is up to standard. Night view of the swimming pool is stunning. BTS station is within 10 minutes walking distance. Many local restaurants are nearby. Highly recommend this hotel to tourists.

The hotel is beautiful and new but a bit far from city main attractions. Good luck dealing with Bangkok traffic to the city center

Newly opened in 2024, you’ll find the hotel in a small side street off the main road. A few minutes walk to the nearest convenience store, the staff there were kind and attentive. Not too many spots for parking though

Everything was excellent. Service staff were great. New hotel high end amenities great location. Hotel tuk tuk service to nearby train station is a plus. Definitely will be back next time.

Clean and good stay. Nearby have a lot of 7-11 which is good. Parents find the hotel good and nothing else to complain about

Hotel free upgraded room due to ordering 1 king bed but 2 single beds. Upgraded room was amazing! Staff was very friendly. Location is abit off but there is a new mall nearby. Hotel is clean. A few cafes and food options nearby

When the child came in, he accidentally knocked over the small coffee table at the door, causing the glass panel of the small coffee table to break. I took the initiative to bear the compensation responsibility, but the compensation amount offered by the hotel was obviously unreasonable (I checked the price online and a brand new set of RMB was only 700 yuan). I felt cheated. They asked me to pay 6,000฿ for a small coffee table glass panel. I think the hotel is also responsible. Such a light coffee table is placed at the entrance of the lobby. It will fall over with a slight touch. The hotel did not consider that the child coming in and out might knock it over.

For a 2-year-old hotel, the sanitary conditions need to be improved, and the shower water temperature is not hot enough. However, the staff was very willing to help us, and the swimming pool is clean and the view is very good.
