We were upgraded to a So/ Studio Room due to a plumbing issue in our original room — a thoughtful gesture from the hotel that, while not expected, was very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was absolutely sumptuous, and the on-site amenities were excellent. We also loved the location — everything was within easy walking distance.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

I honestly can’t remember how many times I’ve stayed at this hotel because the location is just too good and the staff are always super nice. I even booked it for my anniversary and they helped decorate the room before we checked in — really sweet of them! And love their pool!

Amazing! The staff are so friendly and the customer service is first class. So accommodating. The facilities are superb and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The rooms are good and spacious with excellent views and the breakfast is delicious with a fantastic variety. The only very small negative is the location being not near any major attentions; however there are two metro stations within walking distance.

The bar on the 9th floor was perfect, with a beautiful view and super friendly service staff, we loved the touch or orange peel in our gin&tonic’s, the pool view was perfect to, but they could better maintain the facilities and perhaps the windows need some cleaning, rooms were ok, a bit aged, but I liked the bed, the bath, and the size of the room, great location of this hotel, and would see myself returning here again for future stays.

We recently stayed at SO/Bangkok and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's exquisite design and ambiance captivated me upon arrival and offered us welcome drink (very tasty). The highlight was the stunning infinity pool with breathtaking skyline views, perfect for relaxation. The well-equipped gym also impressed me, providing an inspiring workout environment. The rooftop bar offered delicious cocktails and a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying sunsets. They upgraded to the magnificent Blue Room, which featured elegant decor and luxurious amenities. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff are so professional.Overall, SO/Bangkok is a gem in the city, and we can't wait for my next visit ❤️❤️❤️

Nice hotel in a very good location. A bit noisy at the pool side due to neighbor building being under construction. Great breakfast, cosy and spacious room.

Rooms are a little tired and dated. But location, service and breakfast was fantastic. There is a MRT station right across the street and the underground connects to the brand new One Bangkok.

Overall is ok. The bathroom lighting is a bit dark. Location is not very good. Need to walk 15 mins to sala Deng bts. The metro is across the road , but it does not go to siam , chit lom or phoenchit.

Their service is pretty good. The room I picked has three different themes and luckily I had been arranged the best one I like.

Very nice hotel. The swimming pool is an amazing place to chill. The staff is also very lovely. The location is also good, just across Lumpini Park and ONE Bangkok.
