I stayed at Grace at Five by Grace Hotel Bangkok for an extended period, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were always welcoming, attentive, and professional, making me feel right at home. The rooms were consistently clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a long-term stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Good location Friendly staff

It is a newly renovated hotel, for the price paid, it’s worth it. But it has heavy smoke smell at lobby, won’t be back

Hotel location abit out of the way from MRT. By walking it will takes you abt 10-15mins if ok to walk location is not too back. 7-11 available within 2-3 mins walks. During night times nearby areas quite happening.

The staff friendly and helpful

The room had a large bed and a small bed, and the space was not very large, but fortunately the room had a little design. The bathtub was too small, so I didn't use it. The location is about 6 minutes away from BTS nana station. I stayed in Bangkok for eight days and stayed in three hotels nearby. This one is pretty good.

Advantages: The room is located deep in an alley near Zhongzhong Street. It is relatively close to Nana Station and can be walked. There is a 711 very nearby, which is convenient for purchasing goods. The lobby is very fragrant and large. Disadvantages: There are mosquitoes and bugs in the room. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. In the room close to the elevator, you can still hear the sound of the elevator arriving at around two o'clock at night, making it difficult to sleep well. The hotel doesn't seem to have a swimming pool. It can be seen that some of the facilities in the room are old. It is not like a new hotel, but more like a renovated one. It is very difficult to hail a taxi, including Bolt, Grab and other software, and the surrounding area is very congested. The alley where the hotel is located is very narrow. The alley is not very clean and there are big cockroaches 🪳 crawling on the ground.
