Compass Hotels in Bangkok

Whenever I travel to Bangkok for vacation, i will stay at this hotel. Most important is there are many street food & massage areas. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

As a guest at Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok, I found the hotel to be a great choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime location near Asok BTS and MRT stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife spots like Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities such as rainfall showers, minibars, and coffee/tea facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, always professional and friendly, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Their personalised service was truly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness centre, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary shuttle service to the main road, which added great value to my stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of in-room food delivery was inconvenient, as I had to collect my Grab orders from the front desk. The on-site restaurant’s limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm, meant there were no dining options available for dinner, which was a bit of a drawback. The pool bar was unstaffed and lacked ambiance, and both the pool and gym closed early at 8 pm, which was restrictive for those wanting to exercise or relax later in the evening. Overall, while these areas could be enhanced, the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.

Everything is good. Nice and clean. Except the hotel is located in the red night district so it is very noisy.

The hotel’s location is ideal, and the receptionists were generally helpful and friendly, but I would not recommend staying here. Our room had recurring issues, including poor flushing, drainage problems around the shower, and a TV that wouldn’t connect properly. Despite staff attempts to fix them, the problems persisted throughout our stay. On top of that, we were charged for minibar drinks we did not take, which added to the frustration. Overall, the repeated amenity problems and billing issues outweighed the positives, making this a disappointing experience.

Nice location every time i come bangkok i book this hotel near everthing i want many 7/11 and restaurants and near to shopping malls. The stuf helpful too.the bad thing taxi difficult to come you have to book many times. The towels first day was good but second and third become worst ( i will post the photo) also i would like if they provide room slippers and

Its really nice and affordable here! Its also accessible and lots of clubs nearby

Well this is 1 of my favourite hotels at the moment everything is like new as it’s had a full renovation and for location I don’t think you can beat the value for money you get…. Bedrooms are brand new showers aircon smart TV’s you name it staff are incredible so helpful and friendly and professional do everything they can to help you have a better stay with them plus a roof top pool with bottles of water upstairs and smoking area close to soi11 restaurants and bars full works close to malls and BTS and Nana and cowboy sportsman pub on the same road lots of cafes and **** shops plus massage shops!!!! Need to book fast because it does fill up fast so when it’s cheap book it up as you can’t go wrong for your stay
