Good stay + clean + friendly staffs Nice indian breakfast However It gets very busy on Sunday

My initial experience was a bad one. The rooms are small especially the toilet and albeit the upgrade, superior and deluxe are exactly the same. The TV didn't work, toilet seat was broken and the the so called city view is miserable. After complaining to the Mallik the duty manager, he thoroughly understood the problem and offered to change my room. Duty manager for evening shift Siva Kumar called me numerous times as I was out in the city to confirm the typr of room and waited till I got back late evening to ensure it was done. Kudos to both of them!!! My new deluxe room with a proper city view felt bigger and more spacious albeit the same type of bathroom but all was functional. Location wise it is next to the 1MG Mall and lots of restaurants literally 1-2mins walk away. Perfect location. Breakfast is decent with international and local dishes. All the staff are very helpful as well. One amazing perk is that they have a pillow list to choose from including hot chocolate or spiced teas before bed. I would suggest this hotel if you're doing short trips or on a mid-tier budget. Many hotels are around such as Conrad, Taj, and Oberoi on the same street with bigger rooms and slightly more only.

City centre located, quiet and business hotel. Good to stay to access around. Just the sound proof is not so good, next room door closing as someone enter into the room. Overall, is a good hotel to stay.

Good location, super service, excellent food

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice view from rooftop swimming pool. Very comfortable bed, block out shades in the room and quiet. We had a good night of sleep.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I would not recommend to any travellers who are wanted a relaxing stay at hotel. Out of the 3 days during my stay they had events and functions and this is the hotels priority and not the guests as you are unable to use pool due to functions taking place and is noisy. The guest toilets are used as changing rooms for functions and for hotel dancers therefore unwelcoming for the guests. Lastly one day I tried to use pool again unwelcoming no staff, no towels, or anyone to check or assist, there where approx 10-12 people at the pool and all complained of the pool water being extremely cold, basically like ice pool, shivering to use a pool in 4 star hotel. Informed hotel management of all and there said the pool is not temperature controlled, if this is the case pool should be closed. Hotel kitchen, housekeeping and reception staff all good. But generally poor management. Please rethink prior to booking. Totally disappointed, ruined my holiday break.

Great hotel! The breakfast was mind blowing; I loved everything. Fresh orange juice (one of the best) French toast and pancakes, the chef really knows how to make the perfect batter. The bed was so comfortable that immediately passed out. Front desk stuff were also really friendly and welcoming. They provided us extra check out time.

Nice hotel in Bangalore. Recommended if you are in town for a short or longer stay

Great hotel with a good location. The service is good, the rooms are clean, the food in the restaurant is delicious. It will give odds to many 5 star hotels in this city.
