Room size is ok for family for 3. Booked this room last minute during holiday peak period so was lucky to be able to get a room. Bed is comfy enough and aircon is cold enough. Hot water in shower works. Room is generally clean. For improvement, take care of the constant bad smell in toilet and install a shower curtain

I am very happy to stay there, then give me room near swimming pool

I'll start my review by saying that this was one of the cheapest options for these dates. I needed to check in urgently, since my flight was cancelled and I had to stay in Pattaya for another week. The hotel is generally quite old, it consists of several buildings with a common parking lot for everyone, there is quite a lot of space. Initially, I was placed in a room right opposite the elevator and I heard the "ding" sound all night. This is the sound that the local elevator makes when it arrives at any of the floors, like a microwave. Because of this, I could not sleep, plus the room was quite worn out. The next morning I asked to be given a room further away from the elevator, they moved me without any problems. Pros: - A spacious balcony with a dryer and a view of Thai houses. You can sit and drink beer in a quiet environment. Spacious shower. Quiet air conditioning. A full double bed, and not, as is often the case, two single beds put together. The refrigerator freezes well. - All my requests were fulfilled without any problems. I asked to be relocated - they moved me, I asked for cleaning - they cleaned. Every day they hung a bag with bottles of water and coffee on the door. - There is a 7-11 and a Big C Mini nearby. Cons: - The rooms that were provided to me do not match the photos from trip com. Trip com has a photo of some cool room, in fact, they will check you into much simpler rooms. This is unfair on the part of the hotel. - The staff works very slowly. The corridors are littered with garbage, which is not cleaned until the evening. - The TV in the room is just for show, mine had a sticker that was not peeled off. I did not even check if it worked. - The room itself is very dark, supposedly such a design move. Some of the metal decor is rusting, a strange bucket instead of a normal chair. The mattresses are hard. - The pool is small and cold. So it will be enough to swim once. Closes very early, at 19:00. -There were ants in the room.

The room is clean, there is a lot of parking space, the air conditioner is cool, and the receptionist provides good service.

It is a 10-15 minute walk from the busy parts of the city. It is a quiet and peaceful place because it is not in the chaos of the city.

Good location but the room is not clean, there is a water leak at the sink, the shampoo bottle does not work.

There is a swimming pool, but you have to wear a swimsuit to swim. I didn't bring one. So sad.

The room is quite okay. It is near a convenience store, but the bed is a bit hard. Walking past the pool, you can smell the cigarette smoke very clearly. The staff is very good at taking care of you.
