Fantastic hotel , lovely modern rooms, great bed , great bathroom and nice hot power shower . Super friendly and efficient staff. All in all a very enjoyable stay , I will return The only negative was the massage at the spa . That was the worst of my life , terrible masseuse, she went out for a food break , then a toilet break , was constantly on her phone . Stay here but donโ€™t get a massage !!

Room size is huge and comfortable bed.room is very clean. Shower draining very slow.

Well, it was a nice stay. All the staff was very nice, kind, cooperative, polite and professional. Particularly, young lady at the reception counter...Her name is...Bella or something like that...was very polite and humble and helpful. The food was good and delicious. Location is also very ideal in all respects.

Been here times. Always love my stay here, with family or friends. The bed was so comfort. The sea view is good too. The breakfast had many choices. Swiss-belhotel always be 1st choice everytime I visit bandar lampung
