The beach is approximately 100m away. There are no sea-view rooms. The price is reasonable. You can request a buggy if you need to go to the restaurant at Royal Chulan Villa. The room condition is average – the air conditioning is cold, and the bathroom is clean. However, the sofa might need an upgrade. Breakfast is not bad. The staff are helpful and friendly. It’s also within walking distance to Marion Cafe if that’s important to you.

This is right on the beach with direct private access. Perfect spot if you are planning to do some surfing; it’s clean, accessible, and has great service and hospitality.

The rooms was clean and the bed also comfortable.. There is a living room where you can watch tv and a bedroom with attached bathroom. Every rooms comes with balcony.. Really recommend and relaxing. The breakfast choices not many, but yes it’s enough to make your stomach full..

Great & excellent location & scenery

We were allowed to check in half an hour early, room was clean (beware of monkeys and keep your doors closed). Beach access from the chalet available from 6:30AM till 10:00PM. The breakfast buffet was amazing, they served Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, bunch of english stuff (mashed potatoes, beans and sausages). Couldn't eat it all but I definitely checked out with a full stomach.

I really enjoy the views. The room is also nice. Big space, fresh air and peaceful.

Room : floor sticky ..toilet smelly , no comforter just give linen ??? Food : breakfast please variety your food , dessert, fruit same for 3 days?western please do proper food.. cover bread outside…

simple with average price hotel near the beach. suitable for small trip especially one day stay who missing the beach. breakfast also simple and enough.
