All staff are very friendly. Easy to communicate. Is just that whenever we asking for make up room, housekeeping forgot to give new tooth brush, change mat, even if we already requested it earlier.

Everything was average, but I do appreciate the size of the private pool.

The Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Hotel is a regular holiday hotel for us when we're in Kuta. Being located on Jalan Raya Kuta, this hotel provides us with easy access to the Trans Metro Dewata buses at Sentral Parkir Kuta. The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies overlooking the pool. The breakfasts are excellent with a choice of Indonesian, Indian and Chinese dishes. The staff in particular are super friendly and helpful. And with a gym and sauna, extra pleasures are available.

I didn’t like the bathroom. Everywhere got wet when showering. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff because I stayed for a few hours but restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok. The hotel is very close to the airport

Unfortunately I give a bad review because I had never been in a hotel with a bathroom as dirty as this, I think they hadn't washed it in months. The floor of the shower is painted black (I think to avoid looking too much dirt) and when I went to bathe on the first day, I had to go out and put on sandals, the floor was flirty, with mushrooms on the edges, the walls completely dirty and to top it off the water gets out of the shower when you bathe. The toilet was stained and dirty. Etc... But the staff and food, everything is fine!

Booking through Trip.com was a seamless experience, making it the easiest app I've ever used for booking accommodations. Room number 132, which came with a private pool, was clean and everything went smoothly. However, I must highlight some aspects that impacted my stay. The room's privacy, particularly while using the pool, was compromised as people from the back building could see in. Additionally, the constant barking of dogs at night and early morning bird noises disrupted our sleep throughout our stay. On a positive note, our breakfast experience at THE BARSERRIE Restaurant was exceptional. The wide array of food choices was delightful, and the service provided by Sri, Ayu, and the team was top-notch, marked by their beautiful smiles and outstanding hospitality. I would like to bring to your attention a cleanliness issue regarding the pillows in the room, which appeared to be very dirty. Overall, while there were highlights to our stay, such as the excellent service at the restaurant, I believe addressing the privacy concerns in certain rooms and ensuring better cleanliness standards, especially with the bedding, could significantly enhance the guest experience at Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Bali Kuta. What can I say.... nice beds & cold air conditioning & Netflix..... pool is nice & breakfast has so much choice 😋 location is close to everything you will ever need .... best hotel iv stayed in for a while.... keep up the good work 👏

Beautiful, Space and clean room. All staff are friendly and helpful. Additional advice, pls 1) don't use the room slipper for walking outside the room cos it is very slippery during raining season esp at realm. 2) If there is a smell at the room, pls just ask the hotel staff to remove the chemical to remove insect, 3) pls ask the hotel for WhatsApp customer service so that you don't have to walk to the counter for a little help you need. I don't know how to use the room phone. There is a different phone Whatsapp number, pls ask when you check in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was impressively big and spacious, providing ample room to move around and relax. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool, both of which I took advantage of during my stay. The gym had all the necessary equipment for a good workout, and the pool was clean and inviting. Additionally, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is situated close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and prime location.

I recommend this hotel but not with their service i lost my shoes they put it in the trash can without me knowing. I put in in front of the door because its wet. Dont put your valuables also in you hotel rooms bring it with you.

We couldn't make this trip due to high fever and sore throat. Contacted trip.com and the hotel many times. they were very adamant and were not helpful with cancellation and refund.
