Best Western Kuta Villa Reviews

The WORST of BW (Best Western) ! Stay at your own risk. The water in my bathtub does NOT has hot water Door locked is not fully secured . Hotel shoul ENSURE ALL DESK PHONE INSIDE ACCOMMODATION ROOM WORKS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY AS RECEPTION LOBBY IS LOCATED ON A SEPARATE BUILDING. I LEFT MY REMAINING 3 DAYS VACATION FROM THIS PLACE IN MUCH DISTRESS. WASTE IF TIME INDEED. This hotel is in need of severe/ major uplift or a repair, AT LEAST. HOW ON EARTH BEST WESTERN PRODUCE SUCH KIND OF STANDARD? I'VE BEEN TO EUROPEAN areas of Best Western and NONE ARE AS HORRIBLE AS THIS. NONETHELESS, STAFF LIKE MS DEWI, Pak Dandan & Housekeeping PakKadek Aryuta HAS BEEN OF A GREAT HELP DURING MY 3D2N stay

Room are fairly clear, spacious and all tools are functional. No slippers found in the room, water flow somehow a little slow in the morning. Location very close to the airport, perfect for transit stay. Breakfast is okay.

Good location with eateries nearby. The hotel is a little old. Taps and shower heads need polishing. Bathtub has an expired look. Other than that, it's a simple hotel with good location and substantial breakfast spread.

It was good breakfast ,staff are friendly The street going on the hotel is very dirty The room is fine but the lavatory the main toilet is not working properly

The hotel was old,  room was old. The towe,l even they got me new towel, but I can see they never replace with new purchase. It was stained and the color no longer white and got stained/spots on it. Same thing happened to the foot cloth on the bathroom.  The room upstairs, the phone didn’t work and the sliding door to terrace couldn’t locked. So they upgraded my room. i only stay for few hours and checked out in the morning for a  connecting flight.

Hotel was nice

Really satisfied to stay in this hotel, very spacious and convenient place. Food is really good, the staff are really humble and helpful. Nothing bad to say. I will recommend this place to my friends

Not upto the mark not renovated many things are not working. They ask for more and more money always.

Overnight stay. Room upgraded - plenty of space for luggage etc. Outdoor bathroom a novelty, not fussed on the ant population tho. Staff super friendly, decent selection of food on menu, place clean & tidy.

very good hotel, we loved our stay with excellent breakfast, the pool is fine. However at night there was no water refill and when we asked for water they refilled our bottle with tap water which can be very dangerous

I’ve stayed there almost every trip to Bali. Hotel is convenience. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Enjoyed all my stay there.

BW Villa is a little gem away fr the tourist places in Bali. Love the peace and quiet. The villa/hotel was a bit dated but clean. Every staff member were friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was pretty good, Western and local dishes. Getting around by Grab to Kuta Beach Walk and Legian barely 10/15 mins away. We enjoyed our stay here👍
