The location is fantastic, all easy to walk, but therefore it is also on a noisy road with daily traffic jams. However in the room it doesn't matter. The restaurant and swimming pool on the rooftop are the best. Great breakfast buffet and an unbeatable vista 360° including romantic sunsets. Be aware: they have special discounts for the coming months, because next door is a heavy construction going on.

Comfy room, nice pool and good value for money.

Perfect location, close to everything, cafes, shopes, 2 huge supermarkets. Love the rooftop area and the lounge area on each floor. Staffs are mostly friendly. Room is clean n has everything I needed, from water, fridge, to room slippers. Did massage in the room. The skills not up to expected. Otherwise, 5/5 for the hotel n price. Beautiful room.

Nice place and convenient

Superb location.. i can walk to most places in town.. construction happening next door but noise was quite minimal.. only down side is no view from the window X) A lastminute.com booking.. desperately needed a place with lift and clean and this hotel pretty much fits my needs except that there were stains on the sheets when i first moved in.. but it got replaced rather quickly.. managed to sleep well the last few days of my trip!

The hotel was conveniently located. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it is close to tourist attractions. Good budget option.

All is perfect, room clean, bathroom clean, hot water perfect, aircon so cold, breakfast is complete, would like to comeback again

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the heart of Ubud, I highly recommend this one. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Definitely a great value for the price!

Hotel is well kept. Staff is very nice. Showers are good. The only issue is the sound insulation. I stayed in a Room on the 3rd floor and you could hear a lot of noise from the kitchen above. So recommend staying on 1 or 2 floor.

Money value. Complete amenities. Rooftop pool. Perfect location. Lot of food and shop around. Spacious room for two people. Clean. Staff is professional and quick response. Maybe can improve the breakfast for more various menu. And if you driving car, the parking area is small and the road traffic in front of the hotel is stressful.
