Thank you for a great stay Natya！Unfortunately there was a system error and we weren’t able to get the room we booked (Royal villa). We were put into the family Villa, which cost slightly less. However, the hotel offered to compensate us with a complimentary 60 min massage. It was such a relaxing environment and experience. The food was also by far the best out of all the places we had stayed in Bali and we had been to 3 other hotels/resorts prior. Hi

Firstly the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they cannot do enough for you. Amazing. Location is ok slightly out but they have a shuttle bus quite regularly, taxis are cheap too. We hired a driver and whattsapp him to come get us if we needed to go out. Pool and views are stunning. Our room was very nice we had the pool Villa I’d reccomended it the views are so pretty as the sun goes down. It’s a clean room, bed is comfortable and massive!

Feel the charm of Bali in a green lush area.. the view from the pool is so amazing, so relaxing and refreshing..My room package comes with good breakfast although less food selection..I love the tranquility and the natures. The room is very comfortable and so Balinese..perfect for lovely couple..the location is a bit isolated from ubud town but still able to travel around by taxi or grab..in overall, it was definitely a pleasant stay

Natya is still amazing as the first stop hotel of our trip to Bali. Bali is really a resort, and the service quality is far ahead of that in China. When the hotel reaches a certain price, there will be one-to-one check-in, butler, and kneeling service. The welcome drink is delicious, it feels like a lemon drink with ginger. It is cool, sour and sweet, can relieve the heat, and the ginger juice brings a unique spicy flavor. The welcome fruit is also quite rich, and there are welcome wreaths to fill the holiday atmosphere. We arrived at the hotel at about 1 pm, which is the peak check-in time. We waited for about half an hour before checking in. There were two or three groups of people waiting to check in in the lobby. The guests came from all over the world, and there were not many Chinese people. The lobby is open. While waiting to check in, you can feel the cool breeze and the sounds of small animals in the forest while sitting in the lobby. There is an infinity pool below. I didn't go down, and I felt that the scenery below should be better. The public area is not large, but it is quite exquisite. The hotel rooms are built on the hillside, and you need to climb stairs. There will be service staff to help carry the luggage throughout the journey (even if your luggage has wheels, they will not let your suitcase touch the ground). The villa we stayed in is divided into two floors, the upper floor is the room, and the lower floor is completely open, which is the swimming pool. The upper and lower areas are basically completely separated. There is a small staircase downstairs to the swimming pool. I think the small staircase is a bit steep and not suitable for people with inconvenient legs and feet. The room is very exquisite, full of Balinese characteristics, and frangipani decorations can be seen everywhere. The hotel also gives afternoon tea, which can be delivered to the room. For breakfast on the second day, we ordered a floating breakfast. The pool water is not cold, you can swim and take pictures 📸, and enjoy breakfast facing the forest. Some shortcomings: Location: The hotel is on a small hill, and you need to walk some mountain roads 🚘. There is a very steep slope at the entrance. When booking the hotel, I saw that it was not far from the central area of ​​Ubud, but you have to take a taxi to get to the center of Ubud, which takes about 20 minutes. Every time you use grab, it costs about 40 one-way. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Ubud center every day, but the number of shuttle buses is not large. Activities: There are few activities in the hotel. There is a free terrace exploration on Monday, and it seems that there is also yoga, but it is not free. In addition, there are many steps in the hotel, and the stairs in our double-examination room are not easy to walk, which is not suitable for people with poor legs and feet, as well as elderly people or children who are too young. In short, it is relatively satisfactory and very suitable for young people who like quiet and privacy to vacation.

The room is large and beautiful, the decoration is luxurious, and the stay is very comfortable. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is too ordinary, like the breakfast of a hotel that costs 400 to 500 yuan a night. The hotel is very small and has no public facilities. The hotel is located in a remote area and is a distance away from the city of Ubud.

No words but THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE’VE had!!! The hotel is just beautiful and serene and clean and the staff was SO KIND AND HELPFUL!!! The restaurant was amazing as well, breakfast was delicious!! 1000% recommend we will definitely be coming back!!!
