Good Hotel. Clean and Big Room. Clean Towels and Bed. Very Friendly amd cooperative Staff. Specially Front office team who upgraded our room to accomodate our request for room change. Good Breakfast. Clean swimming pool. Overall Great Stay.

Nice Hotel that I can recommend. It was quiet over there but not far from Kuta beach. The room was nice. The check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Have 3 convenience store in front of the hotel, which very helpful.

The best decision we made was to stay at Best Western Resort Kuta. The staff were par excellence in attending to everyone's needs. Customer service at its best. Quiet and away from all the party areas.

Standard quite low for a chain hotel. The resturants seem close most of the time except for breakfast. Only plus is bed is comfortable

With this kind of price, I understand when things are worn-out. But at least you can make your hotel clean. Floors are sticky. Tables are dusty. And the worst thing: my room smelled like sewer. Was too tired to ask for another the night before, so I asked very early in the morning. Nobody picked up the phone, I went down, receptionist was sleeping peacefully, needed to poke him to wake him up. I understand it’s 5am, but isn’t a hotel reception should be 24hrs? He gave me another room, ciggies smell was STRONG. But hey, better than waste truck smell. Anyway, stay away. It’s cheap but not worth it.

Nice clean large room. Fridge door will not close properly. Not enough tables in dining room for kitchen. No knives and forks available to eat breakfast. Spa room dysfunctional.

not that much good for couples...ok ok hotel...they didn't maintain properly...if they maintain that wold be great very old buidling very old style breakfast is good

Aircon not working properly, not cold enough. Fan speed cannot be adjusted. The toilet features are not well maintained and very old. Not cleaned enough. The stay there is not very pleasant 😞

This is one of my favoirite hotels anywhere and without doubt the best in Bali. Perfect if you need the airport and close enough to everything if you want to meet people. The pool rooms are great value.

We didn’t stay at the hotel because of the fact that we didn’t get the visa appointment schedule on time. We informed the hotel but they never replied back.
