Difficult to find the entrance and reception, but once found it is a great hotel in Kuta centre. Good family room with 3 single beds.

The hotel is very dirty and no reception and then the rooms also very dirty and the smell is very bad. Inside the trip.com they post the photo for room is very nice and clean, but actually different outside. The hotel location is besides the other shops and walk way is very dirty and full of dog filth. So the hotel is lied to a customer. We already paid for all rooms and we can't get the refund bcoz can't live in this place. As the trip.com, you should report to the hotel.

The AC is quite cold, but the hallway to the room is dirty, and the toilet smells really bad 🥺

I got there, but there was no staff and I couldn't check in! I ended up booking another hotel. I contacted the hotel, but they didn't respond! Very disappointing.
