A step into paradise. Easily one of the best stays we’ve had. Cozy and spacious room with the warmest and thoughtful hospitality from the staff. Hope to return again when we can. Thank you Purana for the unforgettable stay!

The check-in experience was not very good. I booked a triple room at an additional price in advance. The platform said it included a double bed and a sofa bed and three breakfasts, but when I arrived, I found that there was no sofa bed in the room. The staff said that I needed to pay extra. When communicating at the front desk, a female employee had a very tough and impolite attitude, and even asked us to communicate with the platform ourselves. Later, the manager came forward to communicate with the platform to clarify the misunderstanding and help us add an extra bed. Employee training needs to be strengthened. The traffic jam near the hotel is very serious. I had to get off the taxi and walk back many times, otherwise I would be stuck in the traffic jam for more than half an hour. The biggest advantage is that the hotel breakfast is one of the best we have ever eaten! It's very rich and delicious, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, the dishes are beautifully presented, and it is a wonderful experience to dine in the gallery!

I was deceived by the photos and high ratings. This hotel is positioned as a high-end Ubud-style B&B. In order to attract young Australian customers, it has made some messy gimmicks, but the actual quality is ordinary. The room is newly built. The one I stayed in has a swimming pool balcony. It looks beautiful in the photos, but it is actually the low-cost decoration standard of domestic B&Bs. It is located at the entrance to the southern suburbs of Ubud, and the congestion is the worst. It looks less than 3 kilometers away from the palace, but this road in Ubud is the most congested, the sidewalks are very dirty, and it is inconvenient to walk or take a taxi. The service problem is even worse. After I complained to Ctrip, they also compensated me part of it. I will add more next time. During the peak season of Christmas in Ubud, this hotel had no guests at all

I liked that all the staff were so friendly. Greet me warmly every time I leave and come back. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, so I wasn't scared even when I left in the early morning! The room condition is very good and it is the best value for money. It's so healing. I recently had a 2 night unplanned stay at this fabulous boutique hotel. My stay in Bali was extended by 2 extra nights due to volcanic activity in the area and the cancellation of my onward flight to Cairns. I lucked out when I got a very last minute booking at this gem of a hotel. The warm welcome I received was so lovely after the stress of my flight cancellation and having to change my plans. The hotel is in a central area with an amazing selection of bars and restaurants in walking distance. It is quite small, approx 18 rooms or suites. I stayed in room 613 which had direct access to the pool. Breakfast was served in the restaurant or on your patio with no extra charge. The room was spectacular with every comfort catered for. A very large , very comfortable bed. It would be ideal for couples looking for a romantic break. The food was delicious. Complimentary afternoon tea is included in the rate inn addition to alot of other activities… yoga, cookery lessons etc. But the real jewel in the crown is the amazing staff. They could not do enough for me and were so genuinely warm and caring. Alas there was no possibility of a late check out as the hotel was fully booked but I was allowed to continue to use the facilities and gave a shower in the spa before I departed.

From the minute of arrival it’s clear this is a special place. The staff are welcoming, offering a drink and cold towels. Check in is quick though very friendly, then up to the room which is stunning with a huge comfy bed. Each day has been special here whether it be eating in the restaurant, sat by the pool, asking for advice and recommendations from the staff- all staff go the extra mile then a bit further. I had an hours massage in the spa, it was so good I booked again for the next day and the herbal tea and cake just finished it off. Location is great, it’s a 20 minute walk to Ubud market (which I did) though lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area so plenty of choice of places to eat. The traffic around is crazy, though it just adds to the charm and amazingly you can’t hear it once you come inside. I can’t recommend enough, I am already trying to work out when I can come back.

Such a sweet spot in Ubud. Walking distance to cafes, shops, the Monkey Forest, the art museum, and other cool spots. Even being next to a busy road, the room was quiet. The food and coffee are delicious, and the inside of the hotel is like a museum - full of art and beautiful architecture. The service was wonderful from all staff members, they were so personable and attentive. Also got a massage and it came with tea and cake after. All around great stay. The staff takes great care of you!
