A pretty nice and family-friendly hotel to stay at Ubud. Fortunate to be able to get a room that is facing the rice paddy fields, as it offers me a view when I wake up. It has all the basic amenities you would need as a family.

We stayed during the Nyepi weekend . We were well taken care of and activities were all well planned . Service was excellent and the team was always smiling . We enjoyed our stay there πŸ˜„

It is the best hotel in Ubud. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool and spa are great. The pool view is also amazing! The best thing in the hotel is their kindness. They were sooo friendly and always trying to help. Especially Sri was the most kind person i've ever met in any other hotel. We are literally moved. During our stay, my child fell ill (digestive issue) and I was deeply grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by the receptionist and Service Express staff, particularly Safitri. She consistently followed up on my child's well-being, showing genuine care and attentiveness (from doctor recommendation, daily follow up, to complimentary plain porridge suited to my child's needs). I was truly impressed by their outstanding service and hospitality. Of course, the hotel's amenities were in line with the high standards expected of a five-star establishment.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lizard making very loud noises in our room on our first night and they moved us to another room the next day.

Absolutely one of my favorite hotels in Ubud. Location is slightly far away from the monkey forest Main Street area but can easily call a grab. Hotel view is amazing feel like you are in a jungle. Front desk service is great if you are revisiting Bonvoy members. Breakfast is amazing! Overall very detailed oriented as they provide lavender oil at night.

Great hotel, amazing pool, and a nice ambience.. good breakfast and great service - yes, a bit of glitch with our room arrangement, but they did the best to fix it… recommended for your next Ubud stay.

The staff were kind and accommodating. Breakfast spread was not plenty which is a downgrade for a 5 star. The infinity Pool was a super star.

Nice hotel in Ubud. It’s not in the center of Ubud but not a very long drive away. Great facilities and pool. However, the room assigned for us was next to the street, so it was very noisy with motorcycles and trucks driving by. We requested a room swap and it was much better.

Fantastic resort close to Ubud! The Westin Ubud resort has the largest and most luxurious pool of any Ubud hotels with panoramic views of the jungle. The results are very gorgeous photos. I really liked the breakfast at the hotel. Large buffet ranging from Asian dim sum to European delicacies. We want to say a big thank you to the receptionist - Miss Vania for her kind heart and beautiful smile. Next year we will try to return to this tropical oasis of greenery, luxury and peace!
