The hotel was good with minor things to be improved on. The staff should try to be more accomodating whenever guests are around so they can ask for help easily. They have no restaurant for guests for lunch or dinner. I have tried the balcony but the table and chairs were dusty. The rest were just okay because they have a gym, a pool and breakfast.

Really no complaints whatsoever, the hotel was very pleasant, so were the people at the front desk. The breakfast was nice. Recommended.

One of the best hotels (condominium style) in Vientiane at an affordable price near the Patuxai landmark. We got a 2 bedroom suite that can fit 4 persons. The hotel management is kind enough to give all of us free breakfast for 4 people. The front office staff is also responsive to our requests. We recommend this hotel. 👍

Family friendly, clean and at great location

The service of the staff is excellent. The room is spacious, clean with a great view of Patuxay. I would like to thank staff for all the help they have provided during our stay The breakfast contains Continental with good enough options.

The best in Laos

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, right from when I dropped off my luggage before check -in time, till when I came to pick it up. The staff showed genuine care to make sure I was all settled in, walking me to my door. The room was comfortable and clean and I had a pleasant stay.

Big room like condominium, room facilities is very good, clean and nice staff. This hotel is good for business trip and family.

The most rubbish place I have ever stayed in. The sanitary environment is unacceptable. I have never seen so many mosquitoes. I can't sleep at all. There are no mosquito coils or mosquito repellents. The service attitude is terrible. The black spots you can see in the picture are all mosquitoes.

As an entry point for a family trip that included two nights in Vientiane, two nights in Luang Prabang, and one more night in Vientiane, this hotel was more than worth the price and very satisfying. The facilities are old but clean, and the breakfast, while not particularly luxurious, was more satisfying and delicious than the price would suggest. In addition, the location is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and not far from other major temples, and the views from the top floor and rooftop, as well as the cityscape and sunrise, were excellent. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have the chance next time I travel to Laos.
