Mambo Beach Resort Reviews

We stayed at the resort for the diving & it's rating for the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay, but the rooms are overlooking the bar and restaurant so be warned about noise & live music from 4-10 pm. Nice view of the beach through the bar & pleasant plunge pool for residents. Manta point is worth the boat trip but could imagine it getting very busy at times.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they helped me to cut fruits and mend my clothes. So much thanks to them!

This is the most satisfying hotel I stayed in for six nights in Bali. It's a pity that it's in Nusa Penida, otherwise I would stay here every day. The balcony of the room leads to the swimming pool. The dining area is beyond the swimming pool, and the beach is very close. There is also music from the resident singer at night, which is also very enjoyable. The 1.8-meter bed is also very large and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful, the breakfast is also delicious, and it feels like a vacation. The only bad thing is that the resident singers sing until 9:40, which may be noisy for those who like to go to bed early. In addition, it is next to the road, and the vehicles passing by on the road are also noisy.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and were able to book only 3 different rooms, we stayed in different types of rooms. The hotel is generally not bad, but there are many negative aspects - breakfasts, the sea, the beach, broken corals, noise during the day from divers and in the evening the live music is very loud - this prevented our child from sleeping. Music until 21.30, but in fact they often play and sing longer. I liked the restaurant menu, no breakfasts

The hotel is wonderful! The room is comfortable, cozy. The hotel grounds are very beautiful. Breakfast is good. We would have stayed longer with great pleasure. Right opposite you can rent a bike. Taxi to the port is 100 thousand rupees. If you decide to go first from the port and it has rained recently, I recommend going along the road, and not along the walking path as Google maps draws.

We went to the pier to buy ferry tickets, and the driver who took us took them with him. Then the ticket seller asked me to pay the driver, 200K per person, and a white man next to me bought the ticket for 150K; I asked the driver to leave and paid him 100K for the fare. His mission was over. The driver scolded me: ********* 4. Then I went to buy the ticket alone, and the shipping company said: they won’t sell it to you, you can only ask him (the driver) to buy it; fine. There are so many shipping companies, so I won’t take your trip. I walked far away and called the hotel three times, but no one answered. I also went online to find another driver to pick me up. After about ten minutes, they watched me take photos and call. On the phone, he came down again and said he would sell me tickets. 5. This hotel is a diving hotel, which may be more suitable for divers. It is convenient. During the day, I opened the door to breathe, and many flies flew to the quilt and stopped there. There were many flies, but they were not found elsewhere, just scattered on the quilt. The bath water is hot at first and then cool later. The above are all facts that happened during the day. Apart from diving, there are no advantages.

The hotel is terrible. There are no slippers and napkins in the room. Breakfast is not delicious None of the restaurants on Nusa Penida are delicious. The water in the shower was cold at night and the towels smelled bad. Not suitable for living on the island😅😅
