Staff were amazing and they did anything they could to help. The rooms were very nice but the walls are very thin, meaning noise can be a problem. I had to move rooms once and then birds were quite loud all night even in my new room. The room was very clean apart from behind the tv which had clearly not been cleaned in months (see pictures).

Id genuinely recommend everyone to come to this hotel if you ever visit Penida! My pictures not as good because I didn’t turn the lights on. But the hotel is amazing, clean and cozy. Have to mention that the service and staff here are above average, the best I’ve seen so far, I had some visa problems and the receptionist helped me so much throughout the process!

I really like the decoration style of the hotel. The lady at the front desk is very gentle. The customer service is also great. Due to weather reasons, there was a power outage on the island, and the customer service was coordinating very late. I sincerely recommend it⛱️⛱️⛱️

Cleanliness, breakfast, pool & above all the top 👍. (A bit remote from the sights on Nusa Penida.)

I wasn't at the hotel! It turned out that the child had a phone, and he accidentally pressed and booked this room. We didn't even want to stay there, and didn't even know such a place existed. They cancelled our request. I explained the whole situation, they didn't even consider it and cancelled it. For this, 1 star.
