Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace Reviews

The place is great and the staff are very helpful  A incident happened during check in, I was told that my booking has been cancelled, I was in shock and with my children, we waited for the staff from trip.com to confirm what happened. I am still waiting for the reply from trip.com to find out the reason behind this miscommunication. Overall staff from trip.com and the hotel are very helpful, besides the misunderstanding of my cancellation, everything was good. I hope that this would not happen again and I would use it again in the future.

Everything was perfect. The facilities are beyond my expectation. The foods also delicious.

My family and I had an awesome stay in Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms Villa which was spacious enough for kids to run around. Unfortunately the kids did not get to play in the plunge pool as water was cold. Breakfast spread was good selection and play centre was of good size to keep the kids occupied. We would definitely return to stay if we go back Bali again.

This is the property to stay in when holidaying with a big family as their two bedroom apartments are great

Very good hotel, convenient for family travel. The hotel's hardware facilities and services are very good, the city attractions are very close, and the front desk staff are warm and polite. I stayed for four nights and was very satisfied.

Very comfortable, calm villa & lots of varied breakfast menu. There are 4 swimming pools ranging from small children to adults

This is a good hotel for a family trip. I like the swimming pool It's nice that there's a shuttle so you can go to the beach and Bali Collection. There is nothing around, but if you walk a bit, there are shops. Not allowed in the middle of the day

First of all very old school hotel. The queue at the front desk is very slow, and it takes about 10 minutes for one person to check in. I feel that the manpower is not enough The second is that the tour guides in their lobby are not familiar with the surrounding business, so they can't talk about the places that can be played around. They just tell you to go to their swimming pool and shopping mall. The third is that the spa is basically full every day and cannot be ranked The fourth is that all toiletries are requested before they are given. Many employees are lazy, this is my comparison with other hotels. Overall....really ordinary and old school

Comfortable and cosy room for a relaxing stay. Prompt housekeeping service when requested for toiletries. My stay package came with 2 free breakfast As a long-standing platinum member, when requested for 1-day free breakfast for my son (3rd adult), I was surprised to receive 3-day breakfast vouchers for 3rd adult🥰 ! Had the opportunity to dine at Steaksmith and I must say the service at the restaurant is top-notched. As we were seated outside, there were mosquitoes and the staff promptly gave us repellent spray. When we told the staff the lighting was too dim in the alfresco area, portable lights were provided immediately. The food served at the restaurant is generally very good. Tried the beef steak, fish and pork ribs. After giving feedback about the pork ribs which was too boney with little meat on the hard side, the staff ( Jun) offered to give us free dessert- cheesecake which was yummy! Also, I must highlight that Jun who is not only providing good service to customers, he is very familiar with the food offered at the restaurant. He is the role model for restaurant staff! Overall, the property is nice. However, facilities are lacking for a vacation club resort. Will be nice to have tennis courts, snooker etc and more interesting daily activities like the Phuket vacation club.

Had a great time at Marriott which is also The Renaissance, loved the spa, gym, pool, bars and breakfast was delightful. Yet the favourite part of this he stay is the staff whom are so friendly especially my good friends at the bars - Hendri and Yande who made my stay even more enjoyable.
