The hotel front staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. The sunset view from the rooftop is so beautiful. In addition, I had a great time with my child because I could see the take-off scene of the aircraft up close. There are many useful stores such as restaurants and marts near the hotel, so it is convenient. It is very close to the airport, so it is convenient.
If you pay for the deposit with your card at check-in, it cannot be canceled immediately at check-out, and it is a pity that it takes about two weeks. Most hotels cancel the card approval right away at check-out.
I'm waiting for the deposit I paid with my credit card to be canceled properly.

I booked the city view room, but at the end got a corner room with a view of city, sea and sunset! š
Couldnāt even dreamed about better roomš
Room itself is very spacious, bed is huge and very comfortable. I booked without breakfast so canāt not say anything about it. But the hotel is really worth the money.
Little downside is there a big night club in front of the hotel and even with good sound isolations you can hear some music beats But itās mostly on weekends

Upon arrival around 3pm, no bellboy at the hotel to assist us with luggage.
The reception who helped us with our check in is very unprofessional.
2 of them have keropok on their desk and eat in front of me. Later they even exchange each otherās keropok. I didnāt see her wash hand before handling my hotel room key/document!
Other service, for aircon and hot water issue, after cll them, they came quite on time to fix problem.
The only reason I will return will be their hotel room size, excellent room view and breakfast view. Thank you

I recently stayed at the Hyatt, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any request. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly settled into a spacious, well-appointed room.
The room was immaculate, with modern amenities, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful hills views. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the shower was refreshing with great water pressure.
I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotelās restaurant. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was relaxing.

Awesome service, friendly, supportive, kind and professional stuff. Fast and efficient, caring as well. Hotel is by the beach, their private part of the beach is clean and very lovely. Food is tasty, very fair price, different varieties, as well a la carte options are nice and cheap. Highly recommended. Very pleasant stay, location is perfect, activities, gym, golf, bar on the roof with awesome view, bar on the beach as well. Great stay, beds are comfortable, had a very good sleep as well. Nice place to stay but some of the rule might ruin your mood. One of my friend was stayed during promo Rm244 ( Balcony Room) and extra charged Rm50 per night for sofa bed which is provided in the room such a ridiculous !!! So be alert of using extra sofa bed

1. Receptionist are not friendly not even smile at you such a DIVA. Hahahahahah
2. Check -in 2.00 afternoon with strictly rule
3. Asking for deposit RM250 and will be refund after 7 to 14 days !!! So better think twice before you come

AAfonsoReally bad staff - they spoke really bad English and they werenāt helpful at all .
The door of the restaurant says open until 11pm , I arrived before 9.30pm , reed the menu and then when I was about to order they said the restaurant closes at 10pm and they donāt serve after 9.30pm. Iāve checked the watch and it was 9.32pm - and all they said was āsorry sirā with a smirk on their faces
Next day I asked I went to the concierge for some tips regarding the tour to see the Proboscis monkeys and he couldnāt explain anything at all. Also asked for some recommendations regarding where I could have a good steak he couldnāt also advise a restaurant.
Finally i put the car in the reception.
No one explained how the system worked. I had to wait for someone that spoke proper English to come and explain.
If I was in a 2 star lodge in the middle of nowhere I could understand such a bad staff but this was in a 4 star hotel in the capital of Sabah

BBenjamin Sch.The location was great and the staff super friendly. A part of the beach was reserved for hotel guests and was not overcrowded. The team was trying its best to pick up all plastic in the morning from the beach but unfortunately during the day more was coming. People should take more care themselves.
You can go snorkeling at the beach but to arrive the corals you need to wait for the tide and have to be a good swimmer. Then itās beautiful out there.
The breakfast was great and a good combination between buffet and menu.
Overall we can recommend it for 2 nights. Donāt forget your mosquito repellent and bites relief.
We saw several Gerrys;) - beautiful creatures.

JJiang999Overall it was good, but you also need to add the customer service WeChat in advance, otherwise there might be no one at the front desk. There was sand on the sofa bed. But the service at the front desk was average. We arrived at 12 o'clock, and they asked us to put our luggage in the room by ourselves, and they didn't help.
Then we went out without an umbrella and came back in the rain. It was 2:30, and the front desk didn't remember to let us enter the room in advance. We just sat and waited.
This is actually unnecessary. If you have a front desk, you might as well provide better service.

JJessie1234A nice, clean serviced apartment with nice view of Kota Kinabalu and the sea. Check-in is a bit difficult since thereās no deskāyou have to call ahead and arrange a time, which can be annoying if youāre not sure what time you will be checking in, but the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pool is shared with all the other apartments which we didnāt realise (thought it was private). Thereās not many beds around the pool and itās quite small but nice enough. The location is excellent and the main reason before the good stay. Really close to the waterfront, the main part of the city and lots of night markets. The bed is comfy but the toilet is very close to the wall and the bathroom is quite small. For location and price itās worth it.

VVinnnzI booked 1 bedroom sea view spa suite apartment. It was located on the 5 floors. I brought one toodler, how scary it is. But worry not, the balcony got grill and sliding door glass.
Very comfortable, and foods is good. Eventho pricey. The is basic kitchen utensil, can cook.
