Located on a small slope about 100 meters from Torch Square, it offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Every room in the guesthouse has large floor-to-ceiling windows, is simple, bright, clean, and cozy. The overall temperature is between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius, very comfortable. You can sit on the terrace and in the first-floor garden and enjoy the blue sky, white clouds, and starry night. There are quite a few restaurants in the village, so ordering takeout is convenient. I heard that long-stay guests can use the guesthouse kitchen. The landlady is very nice. If you like a large outdoor space, you can book this place without hesitation.

My stay was absolutely a delightful experience. The host Chu Da is a kind, sensitive, and gracious person. He made sure that our needs are met. He volunteered to drive us to Shilin scenic area, free of charge. He was always there to help us. That level of hospitality and generosity is very moving. He rendered our relationship more than just a business transaction. He is very sincere and available to help, and yet not intrusive. He is a man of few words, and even came across as a very shy and reserved person. But it was a pleasure to be around him. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is an ideal host. His house is aesthetically pleasing and tasteful and enjoys state-of-the-art facilities. My room felt like a five-star-hotel room with a balcony. The backyard gives the whole house a space of tranquility. Chu Da apparently loves life and living. All the plants and flowers both inside and outside of the house are well cared for. Chu Da has a son who was there too. I find his son a delightful child who resembles his father in both appearance and personality. Their house is centrally located in the Yi Ethnic Village and yet enjoys a very secluded corner that feels very private. With all these amazing qualities, this place is yet so affordable. The level of service that I received made me feel that it’s actually underpriced. Highly recommending this place to you. I would stay there if I were going back, which is very likely given that I had such a wonderful, albeit brief, visit.

The feeling of home. The requirements for details in a B&B reflect the quality of the owner. Xixi's matching of soft furnishings and the arrangement of space made me feel very comfortable. Needless to say, the hygiene and cleanliness of the home furnishings are very good. The village where the B&B is located is only two kilometers away from the Stone Forest Scenic Area, and the environment in the village is very quiet. With Xixi's house, it is very comfortable.

Very good room and cleanliness. Surrounding is very peaceful. It is near to the Stone Forest scenic, around 10rmb by DiDi. The weak point is very little selection of eateries around there as it is in a residential neighbourhood. There is a good & reasonably priced restaurant within walking distance ( 小倩味道）

Service: When it rains at night, the boss picks us up with an umbrella when we park. The service is very thoughtful and attentive. Environment: I can see that the boss is very, very careful to arrange the greening and decoration. Every piece can be seen to be carefully selected and arranged. Facilities: This is the second time I have seen Anhua's bathroom facilities in a private homestay. It is really good. The disposable items used can be said to be better than the Holiday Express Wanfeng Huanpeng Novotel. What surprised me is that the paper towels are all used at this price. The homestay is really much more than expected Hygienic: The room is very clean and the aromatherapy used is also very good. Summary: Excellent value for money can be said to be the best homestay in the whole stone forest. I will come here when I live outside the stone forest in the future.

The advantage of apartment hotels is that they are close to home life, equipped with kitchens, refrigerators, and large rooms are very spacious. Generally in the residential area, the environment is safe and quiet. The disadvantage is that you can't fine the product, and you can feel the lack of many details when you live in. His bathroom is very small, the door is open and there is no way to wash, and the door is very stuffy (no ventilation fan). The screen window is closed internally, resulting in the window not being closed at night.

There are no obvious signs in the hotel lobby. After the front desk helped check in, the staff did not give any explanation. There was no reminder of the buffet time or even the specific location of the room. They only said it when asked. The room facilities and decoration are also relatively old. The towel racks of the two rooms of the same type are different. One of the rooms is not equipped with paper cups. There are only two sets of sauna suits and bathrobes in the room. If you need to use sauna suits and bathrobes with children, you need to go to the women's room to get them separately and deposit 100 yuan each. You must also take the sauna suits and bathrobes back to the women's room to return them. The overall experience is not good. The restaurant is also very average. There is basically nothing to eat at the buffet. The dishes are few and not delicious. The two beverage machines in the beverage area are empty and cannot receive any drinks. When asked, the waiter replied that the machine is broken and there is only plain water. The hotel is located, and you can't order takeout. The hot spring water quality is good, which may be the only plus point.

I found the guesthouse a lovely stay, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and good facilities. It's location is a bit far from the main city centre, however as a solo traveller who wanted to visit the beauty stone forest, it is very convenient and very close to the site.
