Our stay at Hotel Wyndham Baku, booked through Trip.com, was exceptional. The booking process was straightforward, and we secured a great rate. Initially some confusion over booking, location isn't the best.

The room is old and the location is far away. I stayed there for one night. Wyndham Garden should look newer. The facilities of this hotel are really old.

Good hotel in terms of price and quality. Far from the center, but close to the airport. The room is big enough, the staff is attentive.

The hotel was renovated from an old hotel and was a bit run-down. The front desk's English skills are poor. The hotel is all carpeted and difficult to clean. Feng shui is not good, the mirror is designed to face the bed. The room is relatively spacious, but the living experience is still average.

I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the taxi driver made a mistake and took us to another Wyndham Hotel in a different area. No wonder the front desk couldn’t find our check-in information... Later, we contacted the Wyndham Hotel for our order, and we took a taxi again It was already very late when we checked in. The front desk helped us upgrade to a king-size bed room for free, and stayed for 2 nights later. The hotel is generally good, but if you don’t drive by yourself, you need to take a taxi to get in and out.

Breakfast is too simple and not tasty

The hotel room is very big, the breakfast is OK, the management of the swimming pool is average, and it is a bit far from the scenic spots that I want to visit in the city. There are many Chinese tourists staying in the hotel. It depends on personal choice

The hotel is relatively old, with good facilities, big room and small bed. Due to the language barrier, I paid on Ctrip, and charged again at the hotel. The hotel said it would refund after verification. I checked in on 5.3, and I haven’t received it yet on 5.11. Refund, this turtle speed!
