Is the best place in Toba

I was looking forward to the meal, but the buffet style dinner in particular bothered me because the food was unevenly distributed. Maybe because there were a lot of families there, it was hard to eat at ease.

The staff and everyone were very polite and made me feel very comfortable. The food was very delicious and the cleaning was very good. I would definitely like to use it again next year.

It was well cleaned. The buffet is not very good, with almost no local items.

I stayed in a double room. I really liked the Japanese-style room with a large verandah and futons. Anyway, the hotel itself was clean and the front desk made a good impression.

The hot springs were great♪ I would like to go again with my family next year.

The price was cheap, the building was clean, the room was adequate, the food was delicious, the bath was good, and the check-out time was leisurely and perfect.

我訂的是帶泡池的房間，面積有80多平米，泡池在陽台，可以看到蘆原景色。酒店大堂和温泉休息區有啤酒、紅酒、汽水任喝。晚餐是自助，品種多，出品好（比高山綠色好多了）。温泉也不錯，露天的池也挺大。我入住那天，估計就是隻有我一家四口是中國人。值得推薦

温泉非常好

I stayed here for the second night on a trip to Hokuriku. I made a reservation early as it had just reopened. I was able to stay for about 13,000 yen per person for one night with two meals included. Breakfast and dinner were served in a beautiful dining area, buffet style, with a Japanese, Western, Chinese and locally produced menu, and all drinks except alcohol were free. They also had Haagen-Dazs, which was quite good. I was very satisfied. The room was a spacious Western-style room (bed), and the view from the window was great. There was an indoor bath and an open-air hot spring. After the bath, I was able to eat and drink freely at the soft drink bar and popsicles. Good service. I played table tennis for the first time in decades and was able to refresh myself.

I was given the same room that had been used the day before. It hadn't been cleaned at all. I was looking forward to seeing what kind of inn it was and what kind of room it was, but it was the worst. When I contacted the front desk, they told me to wait about 10 minutes because they would clean it. That was also the worst. I was given a different room, but I had to wait about 30 minutes and I was still feeling the worst. I hope they improve so that no one else has to go through the same experience.

I reserved a room with a good view on Yahoo Travel, but about 10 days before, the hotel called me to ask if a room without a view would be okay since they had double-booked me, but I said they would try to make the arrangements. So when I checked in, I was given a room with a good view on the top floor, the 6th floor lol. This hotel was purchased by Yukai Resort from a fairly historic hotel. The room was neither dirty nor clean, but it was comfortable with no smell. The hot spring was mellow with no smell or irritation. This was my first time in the sauna, and the thermometer said it was 115 degrees, but is it really that hot? There is no TV or clock. There is a 10-minute hourglass. It is big enough for about 6 people. The cold bath is probably around 18 degrees. There are no relaxation chairs. The food was pretty tasty, but unfortunately there are a lot of children, so it is quite lively. Thank you very much.
