Spacious carpark. No aircon/fan. Had to leave the windows open but there are bugs flying around. Dilemma. No lift to the 2nd floor, require to carry luggage up the stairs. Just sufficient for a quick night stay. Outdated furnitures, requires upgrade. Self check out in the morning.

All good. But no curtain above front door, so light shone into room all night and made sleeping difficult. Not very sound proof so hear cars outside

It’s a big house with some granny flats. I have to say it is very old house.

Great place with great staff. Everything we needed for our short stay in Auckland. Shower was great, bed was comfortable and free parking.

For the extremely low price we paid to stay there's really nothing to complain about. So much parking space close to the hotel entrance so easy to get luggage in etc. Easy check in. Big room. Beds were comfy. Located close to everywhere we needed to be that weekend. Would love to have had things mentioned to us at check in that were listed in the room description on the website such as the breakfast option and shown where the spa was etc Thank you for having us =)

The hotel room is a bit small, but we only stayed for one night and it was ok

The room was big and clean. The house is in a good location and has free parking. The Wi-Fi in the room price is very good, and you can experience a local B&B in New Zealand. The price is very safe.

There is no hot water in the faucet all the way, which is hard to imagine in winter. I've stayed here twice, this time in an executive suite. There is no service staff in the hotel after nine o'clock, there is no way to do it, and there is no hot water when the tap is turned on for 20 minutes in winter. There is no air conditioning in the room, only electric radiators, which are also very cold. .

The environment is beautiful, the room is clean, the transportation is convenient, the attractions are close at hand, and the boss can communicate in Chinese. I ran into trouble, the car was out of battery and could not be started, the boss took the initiative to contact a friend to help solve it, here, say "Thank you! It's great to have you!"

The location is good, you can park the car, and there are Chinese services, but the hotel is too old and the sound insulation is poor. You can hear the snoring and talking next door. If you don't sleep well, don't try it
