Awesome location in the central, few minutes walk from sky tower, supermarkets, Viator harbour. Rooms are spacious, clean and helpful reception. Yg was a helpful reception. Safe and clean place. Coffee, hot chocolate and varieties of teas are provided in the room. Good job!! Wish they could provided pair of room slippers.

Close to sky tower and harbor

It could have been a good stay with its superb location, direct access to Queen’s street and good value for money. The hygiene of the room was actually standard, but one day when returning to our room, I found my pajamas that were left on the bed thrown on the floor after the house keeping service. Probably the house keeper is used to doing this when making the bed but this time forgot to put them back. No matter what I felt very uncomfortable with what I’ve seen.

The location of the hotel is accessible to everywhere in CBD, very near to Sky tower. We had a balcony that you can see the tower and it was awesome. The room is big all the amenities is complete and replenish everyday. All in all it was a satisfying stay. I will surely come back and stay again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious and clean. Full kitchen with washer & dryer. The Front office staff was very helpful and friendly. Great service! Location is excellent, right in the center of Queens St. Next to the hotel is a Hong kong restaurant (BBQ king) , the food is excellent!

The room was clean and a decent size for 1 person. The staff were friendly. The location is good - near everything but in a side street so quieter. Uber struggled to get there due to roadworks but picked up on the perpendicular road.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Sky City, has complete facilities and is absolutely worth the money. What impressed me most was that all the hotel staff were very friendly. I would especially like to thank Ajay for personally running around to help us find the best solution when we had a problem. This hotel will definitely be my choice when I visit Auckland again.

The room was large, two suites, clean and tidy. All facilities were complete, the location was perfect, and the front desk service was very good. You need to get a key to use the toilet in the lobby, which is very cute.
