Lovely to stay in the Heritage again after 12 years Convenience to go to anywhere in the CBD and nice indoor and outdoor pool and views

Very good location and good room too .

It is near the CBD area, it was an old hotel and I got a very old room with renovations ongoing besides it. The hotel was quite full but they managed to change to a much smaller room without renovations noises. My friend book the same type of room but was luckily to get a better room at the newer tower. There wasn’t any option to choose when booking so didn’t realise we are booking an old room at the old tower. The service at the reception was still good and they tried to change to a bigger room for me which I had actually booked but since it was still an old room, I was too tired to change again. Forgot to take actual photos of it as initially I wasn’t thinking of reviewing it since it wasn’t so ideal.

Great gym and facilities. Overall good location as close to viaduct. Quiet and clean. Good value for money and a good place to stay.

Heritage Hotel is really a grand old dame. Her floor boards creak and often I was woken up by the guests above me. The kitchen sink leaked and flooded the dining area. TV signal got knocked out by blustery winds. Internet reception in the room is rather poor. In public areas no issue. But in the rooms, bad! However, service is great. Issues reported were attended to quickly.

I still choose to live here as always~ Safety ~ hygiene ~ front desk service is also very good :) Close to Sky Tower and Queen Street, convenient for shopping and taking UBER~ If you get lost, just walk towards the tower and you will definitely find your way back :)

The service is very good, the facilities are complete, the location is convenient, the security is tight, and it is full of history. There are many scenic spots nearby, and the seaside pier is nearby. It is very convenient to go out by boat and the scenery is beautiful.

Conveniently located in the heart of Auckland. The toilet and bathroom were both clean and we didn't have any problems. A deposit is required at check-in, but if you don't have one, your reservation will be canceled. Even though my English was poor, they were very kind.

I didn't stay at the Heritage Hotel in Christchurch, but I thought about staying in Auckland to experience the style of the historical buildings! A little disappointed, the room is very big, the inside is very old, and the layout is very strange🤣 Outside the window is a messy dump, no one helps with luggage, the room aisle is very long, and the old wooden floor is creaking There is a sense of antiquatedness from a long time ago, without the texture of cultural tradition The location is very good, the Sky Tower is just outside the door! It's only the size of Auckland, and the Sky Tower is beside you when you walk there😄
