The ladies at the front desk are rude and not welcoming. They misplaced my package with no remorse and were basically yelling that they don’t care. And when you call the front desk they leave the phone on hold

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a different room when we requested because the one we originally had was next to the pool and DJ, so the music was very loud. We got the king bed room, which was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was also clean and large. Hotel had a complimentary gym. There was also a snack bar downstairs where you could buy convenience food and drinks at any time. The only downside is Atlanta weather is humid, so the room was also a little humid. We had to adjust the thermostat to keep cool and not feel too wet.

It was clean and very satisfactory, living up to the hotel's reputation. The beds and towels were very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The room was very comfortable. I was moved to the 7th floor, and I was an elite member. The breakfast was good, you can order it yourself, and there are a lot of fruits. The only downside is that the wifi has to be reconnected every day. It would be better if this could be stable throughout the stay. Others are good

It's a bit remote, the breakfast is quite simple, the room smells too strong when I checked in at midnight, so I changed rooms halfway. There are relatively few people in the hotel, and the supporting designs are basically available. The room is relatively large and OK.

The overall environment of the hotel is okay, but there was a party and people in nearby rooms chatted loudly at night. I could hear them clearly. It was too noisy.
