Dinner perfect ..

Everything is perfect and comfortable! Food is delicious, bath with beautiful seashore view.

Excellent Sea View, Staff are nice. Hot Spring at the rooftop is Super Nice.

The location is great and you can enjoy a see view through the balcony. It’s really a nice combination of Japanese culture and modern amenity.

Lovely roof top view and Hot Spring can see a very nice sunrise!

Hot spring quality is poor - not sure if it’s true hot spring or simply hot water.

Horrible hotel with terrible experience

Super good! I thought it would be old and had low expectations, but it was actually very nice. The curtains were bamboo leaf blinds, there was a small piece of tatami, and there were viewing seats on the balcony, which was a great location to watch the fireworks! It was the perfect time for the fireworks show, and it was so shocking to watch it from the balcony! The hotel also has free yukatas to wear, and the private bathing service is great. I was very satisfied overall! 🤗 The only small drawback is that the curtains on the private bathing side gave me the feeling that I would be exposed😂

The staff is very friendly and one of the ladies can speak English. The dinner buffet starts at 6:30 and the wagyu and shabu shabu are delicious. Other cooked food is average. (During check-in, a new employee gave the wrong dinner and breakfast times, and later a colleague who could speak English helped with the check-in matters)

It was my first time in Atami and I also surprised my friend's birthday. I had the bouquet and cake delivered to the hotel the day before. I had emailed them to say that I wanted them to be served at breakfast, but they handled it until the end so that my friend wouldn't notice, saying "They've arrived." I was very grateful. The staff was also considerate when serving the food, and my friend was so moved that she cried. I feel like a patient because of the kindness of the staff. I hope to meet the wonderful smiling staff again. The room had an open-air bath, but it was a corner room, so the open-air bath was completely visible from the mountain side, and I was reluctant to take a bath. I would be happy if they could improve that.

The price I booked was a bit high, but the location was OK. I went there to watch the Atami Fireworks Festival, which was right in front of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were also good, with a wide variety of buffets. But the room was very average. There was a Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which was very convenient.

Overall very satisfied, but the 50-meter ocean suite I booked faces the park and other hotels. I have to walk out of the terrace to look at the sea, which is a bit disappointing. Other things are fine, and the meals are good

The accommodation conditions are average, that is, three-star standard Facilities: Average, especially, the quilt has no quilt cover! A piece of white cloth is used as the lining, and it all falls away when sleeping, or it gets twisted into a ball, which is very uncomfortable! This feeling is too bad👎 The open-air hot spring pool is okay👍 The breakfast is okay👍 There is also a road very close to the beach,👍 Watching the fireworks in Atami is definitely the C position, watching the fireworks on the top floor of the hotel is wonderful, super awesome👍👍👍 Stayed for two nights for more than 5,700, which is a bit expensive, but after watching the fireworks🎆, I think it is still acceptable,
