Nice place to watch the fireworks from the hotel rooftop.

An ordinary hot spring hotel, far from the JR station and requires a bus ride. The advantage is the price.

The location of the hotel is very good! It's a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal, which is very convenient for a round-trip day trip to Hatsujima. The hot spring ♨️ is quite satisfactory, and the overall internal facilities are old, especially the toilet flushing, rumbling. But! The accommodation includes breakfast and dinner, which is really great. The dinners for three days are different, with rich varieties, and there are also self-service fruits and milk ice cream. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old but the hygiene is acceptable I just came here to watch the fireworks. This time I chose this seaside hotel because I wanted to watch the Atami Fireworks Festival. The hotel faces the location where the fireworks erupt. Although it is not directly in front of me, the distance is very close and it is very spectacular. A few days before check-in, I emailed the hotel to request a high-rise room, which cost an additional ¥2,200 per person. I was given a room on the 8th floor, the highest floor. From there, I could watch the fireworks from the room without having to go to the beach or rooftop to watch the fireworks. The dinner was kaiseki which was delicious and the breakfast buffet was also good. However, the room is old and the cleanliness is average. There are a few hairs and dust on the bedding, which needs to be improved. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station, with two buses in the morning at 9:30 and 10:00. If you want to take the bus, you need to arrive at the lobby 5-10 minutes in advance to wait for the bus.

The facilities are relatively simple, the worst is that there is a constant "army" sound from the tap at night, and I can't sleep without headphones. Better is the hot spring, however no loss. The fireworks spotAlthough not from the front, but very close and shocking

The side door of the sink cannot be opened when the toilet door is opened. We booked a one-night stay with two meals, and the other facilities, hygiene, services, and food are average. If you want to watch the fireworks, you can stay in other better hotels. It is not recommended to stay in the coastal location for viewing.

I came here for the fireworks festival. Many hotels were fully booked in early September. This one is quite old, but it looks like it is close to the beach, so I booked it. The room is quite big, about 40 square meters, with one bedroom and one living room, a balcony, and many styles of yukata, so I didn't have to rent one. The dinner was a surprise, kaiseki cuisine. But the biggest surprise was that the balcony of the room directly faced the fireworks, which was very shocking! I lived on the 6th floor, and later I found that it was really amazing to watch the fireworks in this hotel, because there are 9 rooms on the first floor, and 8 of them face the fireworks. If you live on a lower floor, you may have to go to the small park next to it to watch, but it is only a 3-minute walk away. I was worried about the traffic before coming here. In fact, go out of Atami Station and go to the bus stop No. 7 on the left, take I71, get off at marine spa atami station (the next stop of the water park), and walk 100 meters to get there.

The room itself is very average, the seat XC gave is not very good, you need to go to the rooftop to watch the fireworks festival, the facilities inside the house are a bit Showa-style, dddd.

In a more rural area, the staff has a little worse English however is very friendly, and the Atami Fireworks Festival can be watched on their arranged rooftop without having to be crowded with others. It is very convenient to come as a family but those who are in a hurry to get off the plane have to remember to arrive at the hotel before 1830 if you have dinner
