The hotel has a great location since it’s behind the market place. However, the hotel is outdated. The room was very very dusty (I got sick), the airconditioning was old and barely making the room cold, the power went off for half an hour because there was a fire in one of the supermarkets, etc. The worker at the breakfast area was very very friendly, so big thank you to him!!

I stayed at Marhaba Hotel Aswan and found the location to be its best feature. Situated near the Nile, it offers easy access to key attractions and beautiful views. However, the facilities were terrible and in urgent need of improvement. The rooms felt outdated, with worn-out furniture and poor maintenance. Cleanliness was lacking, and the bathroom conditions were disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and overall, the hotel didn’t meet basic expectations for comfort. With some serious renovations and better management, it could be a decent option, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely not worth the price.

Ok hotel for the price, nothing special but has a poop which is nice, location is good near the nile, only small problems are thing like lights and air-con not working properly or being noisy.

This hotel is right next to the Nile River, and is very convenient for travel. You can walk to the Luxor Temple, and it is only 1.8km away from the world's largest open-air temple, the Karnak Temple. There is a buffet breakfast with a full range of varieties. The room is clean.

The exterior looks good, but it's not good at all. I checked in at around 9pm and was assigned a corner room. The window faced the front. Just as I was about to wash up, the power went out. It was very dark and scary. There was a smell, it was stinky. The whole room smelled like smoke. I didn't take a shower, and the water came out with white bubbles. I didn't take off my clothes to sleep all night. I ran away when I woke up in the morning.

The location is great, close to the station, restaurants and the market. It was noisy at night, but not enough to bother me. The shower water pressure was weak. They lent me a hair dryer at the reception, so it wasn't a problem. I think it's enough for a solo traveler.

The hotel is very dirty, we asked for a double bed but I was given two single beds, the toilet is very dirty, the windows can't be closed, there is a lot of noise, I can't sleep well at night, the lights are very dim, there are very few plugs and they don't work, the environment is terrible, there is no hot water

The facilities are old, but I decided to stay there because I had to get up at 4am to take part in the Abu Simbel Temple tour. The doorman called a taxi for me to get to the airport for a surprisingly cheap price, so that was a relief.

The hotel is located in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from Aswan railway station. The building is very old.

The room I booked has a view of the Nile River. The location is also better. The room is big enough. The shower head leaks a little. Everything else is fine. However, I recommend you to book on-site at the hotel front desk. The price will be much cheaper than booking online. Based on my order For example, it will be 1/3 cheaper.

設施有些陳舊,應該是曾經的大飯店,但是有河景房,有小陽台,能欣賞到夜景,非常的愜意。我竟然在小陽台上打卡了阿拉伯範兒的照片,真不錯
