I have booked this hotel for my parents and what they did was extended for another day. They did like the hotels amenities, convenience and services. Very reasonable and enjoyable for the price they offer.

Everything is great. The only downside is that for a late check-out I had to pay almost as much as I paid for the night due to the difference in price through trip com and the price at the reception.

Overall, the hotel is good) the location is awesome, the breakfasts are excellent, the room is not too small, clean, modern. The manager Aibat won our hearts with his care (we had an embarrassing incident with the booking due to our fault, but Aibat smoothed everything out as best he could) we felt the exchange was overdone) Aibat, greetings from Vladivostok from Galina and Polina) Of the minuses: SPA center. To get from the sauna to the pool, you need to walk a long time along a cool corridor in a steamed state. Very uncomfortable, you just walk all hunched up. Massage services are very expensive.

The room is clean and has a water heater. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and I was forced to get up and walk downstairs 😂

Sheraton 5 stars! What else to add... everything is up to standard. Although you can take off half a point! Locked minibar fridge. This is the first time in my life. Sometimes it is empty or does not work. They said you need to make a deposit to open it. Totally bad manners! I think the local management is acting weird!
