My stay at Hilton Astana in the Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a sleek design that made the stay feel luxurious. The beds were cozy, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light, giving the room a bright and airy atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the rooftop bar and wellness center, which added a nice touch of relaxation. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Hilton Astana for both business and leisure travelers.

This price is not low in the local area. The hotel environment is good and the location is good. It's just that the staff who checked in on the day was not very helpful. We booked a deluxe twin bed but got a king-size bed room. I also showed her the order on Ctrip. She just repeatedly emphasized the cost of the mini bar and asked me to swipe my card. I said several times that I didn't want the mini bar! The mini bar itself is casual. This hotel gives me the feeling that it is a bit hard to push it on you! The hotel waiters are not enthusiastic. Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

I have stayed here many times. The location, facilities and services are all very good. Next door is the largest shopping mall in Astana, and across the street is a park where you can take a walk. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast, which can increase the variety of Asian food.

It may be that it is quite old, so the interior facilities of the room are a little outdated. There is a minibar, but I searched all over and found no coffee and tea bags, so I didn't even drink tea after staying for two days. However, the service of the lady at the front desk is still good and enthusiastic. I ran out of water during the stay, so I called to ask for another bottle, and the service staff immediately delivered 4 bottles, which is very good. Next to the hotel is the largest shopping mall in Astana, which has food and drink, and you can buy clothes if you feel cold.
