We have booked the room on the top floor with the ocean view. Not the hotel of the dream, but it was clean, hot water 24 hours, no insects! By the surprise there was not a balcony in the room, but we were sure it should be in our room type, but some people use the common balcony to dry the clothes). It was super, that the beach and the cafes were very close to the hotel! Nice view also is good point of this place🫶

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The price-quality ratio is satisfactory.

All complaints to the boss. We booked one room and were given another. They spat and wanted to pay extra so as not to argue. But the price was quoted at 3000 more than this number was on sale at that time. There was no desire to endure and agree so much. Fortunately, they changed the originally proposed closet without windows and a balcony for a room of 15 kV. 25 meters instead of the booked ones. As a result, the room ended up with a sewer smell, no cleaning, no change of towels, and a rusty refrigerator. When booking, please check in advance which room you will get! In the photo/description and in reality there are two big differences. The only pluses are constantly hot water and friendly restaurant staff. The photo shows the room that we were offered as a 25 m2 deluxe with a balcony, which we booked. There is no smell of luxury here)))

Terrible hotel. We arrived after a long journey, having paid for a Deluxe room, we were offered to check into a room on the first floor opposite the reception. I was shocked by this bug infestation, indicating to my comrades at the reception that we had paid for a Deluxe room and were moved to the 2nd floor. The room has no balcony, there is a shithole inside. I asked again for another number, they said wait tomorrow. Well, ok, I think we’ll restart somehow closing our eyes. I went to get a beer and met our guys who asked how they liked the hotel. They said that they had to pay an additional 2,000 rupees per day to be accommodated on the top floor, which was more or less normal and had a good view. Returning with beer, I was crazy about the drunken Indians who had staged a disco right under the window. This was the last straw. I went to my comrades at the reception to demand a new room, they had only one answer - tomorrow. I asked for a refund and that I wouldn’t live with them - they called the elder and he started offering a super room right away. I didn’t even want to look, we took our things and moved to an excellent hotel 1.5 km away, not on the shore, of course, but clean, beautiful and quiet. These deceivers said that they could not return the money because the booking site would not return it, please contact them there and we will confirm. I wrote to support there, they frowned for a day and wrote that the hotel had received a refusal. Okay, but I rested and lived like a white *** for seven days. In general, I do not recommend dealing with this bedbug.

Nice hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the beach. There is a grocery store 2 meters from the hotel entrance, there is also a currency exchange office, a fruit stand, and a pharmacy nearby. It’s only a 1-2 minute walk away 😀 I think it’s an ideal location. I lived in a room without air conditioning, a fan was absolutely enough

Отличный гостевой дом, до пляжа пару минут, все близко, кафе магазины. Вкусный завтрак, фрукты. Приветливые хозяева, в номере холодильник и чайник. Все отлично!

Great, quiet location close to the beach, shops and restaurants Breakfast was very simple and not much choice Bed was very very soft. Wifi was just good enough. no chairs or anything on the balcony TV missing from the wall and the fridge didn't work. None of this was rectified during our 5 night stay Photos misleading

Good atmosphere and staffs are too friendly I suggest rahul to host you.. great ambiance in the front office and all other facilities are available. Staffs are too comfortable with guests and and so friendly.. and the have privet parking and every places are nearby. Especially beach is only walking distance from the stay

Good service and hospitality. Receptionist Rahul take us very well. Neat and clean rooms , exceptional service and kindful management and staff .Mesmerizing beach view , easy to commute and private parking service are available. All in all Excellent experience. Heartily liked 👍👍👍

The location was great! Easy to get around a lots of shops, restaurants, bars, laundry around. 5 mins to the beach. Excellent service. Staffs are all friendly and smiling. All rooms are bright and clean. Cleaning every day. I recommend to all my friends

Really lovely stay here, good value for money and the staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful with onward travel and our breakfast was very nice. Good location close to beach, markets, restaurants, eateries, bars etc. A good selection of breakfast available to choose from for everyone. Our room was really comfortable, bed was massive, comfy, good shower, fridge and balcony. All staff great and staff member Rahul was brilliant throughout our entire stay with all our needs, thankyou ❤️

It was an excellent place,the staff was really very nice ,polite and helpful.they all were dedicated for whatever we want . It really felt like a home away from home. Brekfast was very good, advice to include breakfast in your PKG it becomes very economical as bfast outside is very expensive.special thanks to Mr Sachin,mr rahul,mr anuj and mr. sonu for there good work
