Excellent location. Nice view. Close to everything. Has blackout blinds which is helpful if you’re not a morning person. Petrol station next to it and foodworks on the next block. Multiple choices for restaurants. Parking available on site

Fantastic view from upper floor balcony. However, the room need lots of maintenance. Room carpets are extremely dirty.

Great place to stay, across the road from the beach, on the edge of the CBD. Very quiet.

Nice place to stay at Apollo Bay. You are able to see the sea from the room. If you wake up early in the morning, even can see the sun raise

Great location to stay as it is right opposite the beach. Hotel management need to update their contact number though as we couldn’t call with the current number to inform them of our late check in.

Clean room, nice amenities and great location

Fairly basic overall accommodation, but location was good.

The price is for the location. There is a nice view outside the balcony. However, the property could be cleaner. The dishes could be cleaned better. The microwave oven and the kettle need to be replaced. The Chinese guests will definitely have an easier stay because the hotel is managed by the Chinese speaking manager.

Perfect hotel right in the centre of Apollo Bay, walking distance to the bay and restaurants. We had a great sleep, has just been refurbished, and everything worked very well. We arrived late and there was no hassle at all the owner had left the key out for us. We would definitely stay here again!!

Positives: Great location close to beach and walking distance to cafes and shops. Room and bed linen are of acceptable cleanliness. Negatives: 1. Car parking is tight. 2. Service is well below acceptable due to the non-English speaking language barrier. 3. Bar fridge in room was broken and did not work. 4. Unable to open a window for fresh air. 5. Double bed was too hard. 6. Walls are too thin and could hear neighbouring hotel guests very clearly. They were not being loud and could even hear them snore, as if they were in my room. Overall, my hotel stay was unpleasant and will never use this hotel again. Previously stayed at two other neighbouring hotels which were much better.
