Yufu Apartments

This is the first time I went to Yufuin. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service is very warm and caring. I will consider staying in the next time. Advantages: 1. The room is huge. Two large suitcases are definitely enough in the room, and there is also room for dining tables and chairs, which is quite spacious. 2． The service is very attentive and enthusiastic! . The one who brought us to the room was a Chinese employee who worked in Japan. He was very enthusiastic and introduced us to all the nearby attractions. I would like to give a praise! And we had to catch an intercity bus the next day, so it was very hurried, and the staff dispatched an RV to take us there! (Not booked before) In the end, they were all in a hurry, thank you very much for their help! 3. There are family hot springs, very intimate! There are public hot springs in the hotel, but there are also family hot springs (2, first-come-first-served), which are very well designed, which makes the family feel very private. 4. Food and souvenir street are just outside the door. There are several well-known wagashi shops at the door of the hotel, and the whole street is full of souvenir shops, shopping is very convenient. Disadvantages: 1. It is far from Yufuin JR Station. The hotel is near Teshin Street, but it is quite far away from Yufuin JR Station. It takes almost 25 minutes to walk, and it will be a bit difficult to drag a suitcase. 2． Older facilities in the room. The hotel should be quite old, so the facilities in the room are relatively old, but it is still very clean. It may be that the style of the hotel follows the ancient British style, and the room lighting is dark

3/19-20 Stayed at Yufu-no-Sato Ayakekan. The hotel has a special car to pick you up from Yufuin Station. This is a traditional Japanese-style hotel. You can see Mt. Yufu through the window. The one-night, two-berth room is very clean. There are sanitary ware in the suite but no shower. Facilities; The open-air hot spring is quite large and very comfortable. The second meal was very exquisite. Except for being a little far away from the main street of Yufuin, everything else was very good. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit old but very clean. Staff are nice and speak English well. Quite near to railway station that we didn't bother to reserve time whenever we wanna go for sightseeing and buying souvenir.

Location is very nice, except there's a gravel road before reaching the hotel. It's around 10min drive from downtown so it's close enough. Hotel is old but quite authentic and highend. There's a nice bridge you need to cross before going to the main hotel area. There are 2 private onsen you can just walk in, they are right next to the river, very nice experience. there are some bugs around so i wouldn't say it's all clean, but you are next to the mountain so i guess cant expect too much. worst thing is i did not notice my booking which is $400 usd, did not include dinner and breakfast, which is very standard for a onsen ryokan. I had go out and buy my own food when i expected to be in a yukata and eating nice hotel food.

A very satisfying stay. This B&B has a total of ten rooms, and the clerk said that the rooms are currently being renovated. The room we stayed in had a total of 3 rooms, a small entrance room, a tatami room, a living room, and a bathroom with separate dry and wet rooms. The most distinctive feature is the two private baths, one indoors and one outdoors. The water temperature is very good. If you feel that the water temperature is not suitable, you can adjust it yourself. The water in the private soup is very clean, and there are occasional leaves floating in the outdoor one, which is very natural! Because it is an independent portal with a private bath, plus half-board accommodation (dinner at 18 o'clock + breakfast at 8 o'clock), the price is relatively expensive, but it is still worth every penny! I would like to stay here next time if I have a chance!

It was a very happy family trip. I made a reservation for a family bath in the morning, but I overslept and couldn't use it, but I'm still satisfied. My baby ate the welcome cookie well, so I bought it and left it behind, but I was so sorry and grateful that they kindly took me to the train station. Thank you for giving me good memories.

Great hot spring hotel, the suite is very large, there are three pools, two outdoor and one indoor, the hot spring water flows 24 hours a day. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, the scenery is very good. The meals are delivered to the room, which is quite rich. The proprietress speaks good English, will come to chat when leaving the hotel, and has a cute dog.
