Hotel National Antwerp Reviews

Nice hotel and good location. People who work there are friendly and helpful. Free coffee, tea and water in the room. Room clean and has aircon. You are next to restaurants, bars, take aways and supermarkets. Very quick walk to the central area of Antwerp and to the river. There is a cafe downstairs. You only have until 8pm to check in so be careful. Didn't see any staff during the evenings, and you have to buzz yourself into the reception with your room card. Might be a bit problematic if you have issues and no staff working. You can get breakfast buffet for around €20.

Zeer slechte hotel

The most worse hotel I had in months, the walls are too thin there is noise all night. Every door which close or every people talk, it will keep you awake. The airconditioning is not working properly, so it’s hot in the room and there was not water in the room to drink. There was not many to choose at breakfast and the most terrible the coffee machine wasn’t working. Never go here again.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the subway and bus. It is clean and smart, and the service is pretty good. The disadvantages are that the room is a bit small and the bed is a bit soft and not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall it is good!

Be careful when booking. The Ctrip app display and the hotel will not inform you by email in advance. Check-in after 8:30 pm can only be done by self-service. The main problem is that the hotel door is closed... The phone number on the glass door cannot be dialed. I called the phone number on the Ctrip app and was able to get in touch. The room is not 18 square meters as stated. It is very small. Two suitcases cannot be unfolded. There are stains on the sheets, pillowcases and towels that seem to be unwashable. The location is good.

Top location, friendly staff, clean room and overall top stay!

Breakfast expensive for what it is. Had a room where there was a lot of noise outside from some machine. However, there was very low occupancy. I slept very little because of the noise

All liked it! Stylish room, good cosmetics, coffee machine. Good linen, mattress and pillows. The location is great. We upgraded from a single to a double.

Hotel located in the center of Antwerp. Very welcoming, comfortable rooms and discreet service. The only negative note, for 4 nights the room was cleaned only once and the same was true for the towel change.
