Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the high-speed rail station and the Beipo Scenic Area. The hotel staff is warm and sincere. During my stay, I called the front desk many times and received enthusiastic help and responses. I am very grateful to the hotel staff Chen Chen for his warm hospitality and the driver (Ji B18VB3) for the full pick-up. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain.

Booked unlimited hot springs. The hotel room is clean. But the bedroom heater is not hot enough in winter. The breakfast is rich. All the Chinese decorations are a bit old. The service is OK. The hot springs are all small pools. The outdoor hot springs were too cold to go. There is also a sweat steam, but the bathing place is a bit poor.

The location is good, the facilities in the hotel are complete, and the service attitude is also very good. It's pretty good👍🏻. There is a swimming pool inside, which is very suitable for a family. There are many food options nearby within walking distance.

The hotel has cars to pick you up from the hot springs, ski resorts, and Changbai Mountain, which is really convenient. I only stayed here for one night, but I wanted to go skiing and Changbai Mountain. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to make an itinerary for me. I called the lady and guy at the front desk. While waiting for the car in the hotel lobby, they chatted and recommended food in Erdao Baihe Town. I really like the enthusiasm of the Northeast people! Changbai Mountain High-speed Rail Pick-up Service (book 3 hours in advance): 3 hours of skiing at Hongsongwang Ski Resort.

Antu is a very cost-effective hotel. It is clean and has good service. I will stay here every time I come. Parking is convenient and it is very close to the high-speed rail station and the park. I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Beauty Pine Park and Genting Market. It takes about ten minutes to walk straight ahead to reach the rice station and food street, which is quite convenient. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. The sanitary conditions are average. The hot spring tickets were given, but we did not use them. Breakfast: The breakfast is average.

This hotel was okay, but I would not stay here again. Our room was covered in mold, and the smell of cigarettes and mold was overwhelming. There were cigarette burn marks in the furniture as well. Additionally, our shower did not work. We also lost power our first night. Location was good though, and staff was friendly.

The hotel is very clean, the management is comfortable, and the service attitude is very good. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. Because there are so many people staying, the food is less and the hotel replenishes it in time. It is a very satisfying stay!
